Vessel Lay-Out and Accommodations

This beautiful, one owner 43' Sportsman is a deluxe live-aboard yacht that doubles as a classy sport fishing machine. She has lived much of her life under the shade and protection of a covered slip. From the fly-bridge the captain has an excellent view for navigating and docking with room for guests under the shaded Bimini top. To the rear of the seating area lies a collapsible radar tower and an electric crane to lift and launch the dinghy. Down three steps to the teak deck and on board storage area for the dinghy. Below is the aft cockpit that provides ample room for fishing with a transom door that leads to the large swim platform and another door to that leads to the aft master stateroom. The Master stateroom has a centerline walk around queen sized berth with cabinetry and drawers outboard both to port and starboard. There is also an ensuite head to starboard with a vanity, head, sink and storage cabinet above and below the sink. To port is a separate walk-in shower compartment. There is a large hanging locker with a safe directly forward of the queen berth. Moving forward and up two steps is the main salon with a large L-shaped settee with folding table and the lower helm station to starboard, a refrigerator and love seat to port. There is convenient access to both port and starboard decks through doorways and a small opening chart table for navigational aids. Continuing forward there is a large U-shaped galley to starboard and guest head to port down three steps. The galley is equipped with a large front loading refrigerator, a top loading freezer, double stainless steel sinks, a convection oven and an electric three burner stove with oven. The guest head to port has a tub/shower stall, with a vanity, head, sink and storage cabinet above and below the sink. As you continue forward to the large guest v-berth cabin you will find a large hanging locker and drawers for storage. All the way forward is access to the anchor locker
