Overview

SVETLANA is a superbly styled example of the 655 design. After Oyster exhibited her at the 2011 London Boat Show, she spent her first season cruising the Mediterranean as Rachel of London.

Such was the success of this summer cruise, that Rachel was placed on the market to make way for a new larger Oyster, and subsequently bought and re-named SVETLANA. Her current owners, along with the professional crew, have continued to cruise the Mediterranean and lavish her with care and ongoing maintenance.

The 655 class has a fast easily driven hull, and a regular line honours winner at Oyster Regattas.

SVETLANA combines this boat speed with a very easily handled hydraulic furling rig. She is comprehensively equipped for world cruising and has been built to comply with MCA Category 2, though never chartered.

As the interior photos show, SVETLANA has a beautifully styled interior. The combination of teak floors and trim with light maple joinery has been very carefully executed to give a modern and spacious ambiance – yet still with the ‘feel’ of a yacht.

Externally, SVETLANA features an Awlgrip grey painted hull, black spars and carbon wheels. With extensive rig and deck lighting, SVETLANA looks spectacular at night. Professional consultants were involved in the detailing throughout the yacht.
