ENGINE ROOM |
Main access door to the engine room is via a door from the galley area forward of the saloon. The engine room is built of sound insulating plywood, mineral wool and the surfaces are faced with white painted sound absorbing Aluminium panels. All access panels are fitted with rubber sealing strips to minimize noise and ar secured by positive catches. 220V and 24V lighting and extractor fans ducted to the exterior. Heavy-duty air intake system provides a constant through-flow of air. An automatic and manual fire extinguisher is fitted to MCA standard with remote indicator light through Skyship’s system. |
SALOON |
Access to the saloon from the cockpit is via a Falcon sliding, smoked glazed access system, teak steps and oval stainless steel handrails. White fibre optic lighting is incorporated into the steps. The Deck saloon is extremely light and airy with nine windows, two of which are opening. There are also six vertical non-opening hullports, three each side with bookcase rails in each recess. These hullports contribute to the great feeling of light and space with a Seascape vista whilst at anchor. A full length saloon table to port is fixed size with a drawer and locker underneath and comfortably seats eight using 2 foldup chairs. The main table top and port table top both have marquetry inlay design. Seating in the saloon is upholstered in JMT leather. |

Emergency, engine-driven, 38mm Jabsco bilge pump, with manual clutch, rated to 190lpm. Each pump is fitted with a Whale type strum box. All suction lines can be lifted to clear debris. |
