Overview
While Queenship of British Columbia is known for their large yachts from 56' to 110', they did custom build ONE 41' Sedan model. Only 2 owners and 960 hours since new! Massive refit and update in 2015 includes:
New canvas, New electronics, New bottom paint & zincs, New cockpit refrigerator, New LED engine room lighting, New electric toilet, new raw water pump, addition of an inverter, furnace serviced, new carpeting, new blinds, new safety equipment, complete buff & wax, and much more.
Freshwater moored for the last 16 years.
Specifications
Upon entering the interior, you enter the open salon/galley/dinette/lower helm area with 360 degree visibility, holly and teak flooring, and 7' of headroom. The dinette to port and forward is L-shaped with a Maple Birdseye table that lowers to convert into a berth. The lower helm to starboard has an adjustable double helm seat and complete instrumentation.
Down a few steps is a landing with the head to starboard, guest stateroom to port, and master stateroom forward. The head features a new electric toilet, large stall shower with bench seat, and vanity. The guest stateroom to port features (2) twin berths with storage below and a cedar-lined handing locker with automatic light. The master stateroom forward features a centerline queen berth with (2) larger storage drawers below and hanging lockers port and starboard.
Beautiful cherry wood interior throughout. Halogen lighting throughout. New carpeting in the staterooms and companionway.
The cockpit has a built-in cabinet for a propane JennAire BBQ and storage, new refrigerator, port and starboard cushioned seats, large lazzarette below, and a ladder to the flybridge. The flybridge includes a very large L-shaped cushioned settee, helm station with double helm seat, and fold-out table.
