Overview
This beautifully maintained yacht is "turn-key" and ready to cruise with her new owner. All updated electronics throughout make her show like new and she boasts all the key features including a water maker, stabilizers, and much more!
The moment you first step into the saloon of this yacht you will immediately relax because of the open and flowing layout. Upon entering there is couch seating to the port and a cabinet space to starboard with a large electronically-rising flat-screen TV. The saloon area boasts an extensive entertainment and audio system. Continuing forward will bring you across the main deck galley to starboard. The galley can be open through to the saloon, making the entire main deck open, or an electronically-rising divider can rise up to separate the galley from the saloon. To the port of the galley is a dinette area and further forward is the main helm. Just aft of the dinette is the interior stairway leading up to the flybridge (in addition to the exterior flybridge stairway on the aft deck). To the starboard of the lower helm is a stairway leading down to the staterooms. This yacht features a spacious VIP suite, guest suite (with twin beds), and full-beam master all with ensuite heads. The master has a full-beam head as well with his-and-her's stations and a shared shower/bath. All of the staterooms and heads have considerable head space for taller individuals. Outside the guest suite is a washer and dryer unit nicely hidden behind wooden doors that blend in with the walls. On the aft deck there is a dining table before two stairways lead down to the cockpit deck. The cockpit can be used as open space for lounging or it can double as a fully equipped fishing area including a removable rocket launcher!
A must see for yacht enthusiasts in this size range!

Exterior Amenities
AFT DECK
The aft deck has a comfortable seating area with two teak deck chairs in addition to the static seating all around a teak dining table. Alongside the superstructure, prior to the saloon entrance, is a Vitrifrigo ice-maker and a Dometic refrigerator.
COCKPIT DECK
On either side of the cockpit deck there are stairways leading up to the aft deck (also known as as California Deck). At the base of either staircase there are molded cabinets. The port cabinet features a wash station while the starboard cabinet houses a remote helm control for easy docking and maneuvering. All the way aft of the cockpit deck, across from the door serving as the entrance to the crew quarters and engine rooms, there is a live well molded into the transom. Underneath the cockpit deck there is a refrigerated fish hold. All the teak was recently re-caulked and is in good condition. All the way aft, two doors lead to the swim platform.
FLYBRIDGE
The flybridge is constructed and attached in the same manner as the superstructure. There are two dedicated helm chairs up on the flybridge looking out over the sun pads on the bow (which has back rests like sun chairs and are cushioned). There is molded seating on either side of the flybridge, each area with it's own teak table. The entire seating area has LED lighting and is covered with a hard top. Further aft are two molded stations before you get to the on board tender area with a SM 2500R davit. These areas feature a MagicChef refrigerator and a quality propane grill built-in.
On-Board Tender

Hull and Superstructure
CONSTRUCTION
The hull, superstructures, bulkheads, and some soles (floors) are manufactured from Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) cored sandwich construction. This results in a strong yet lightweight yacht with a high degree of rigidity. The hull, main deck,a nd flybridge are separate components which are mechanically and chemically joined to make the yacht and integral unit.
HULL
The hull is molded as a single piece with longitudinal fiberglass stringers fiber glassed to the interior. The primary bulkheads are rigid foam corecell sandwich construction molded in before the hull has been removed from the mold.
SUPERSTRUCTURE / MAIN DECK
The superstructure and main deck is molded as one piece then mechanically attached and fiberglass bonded to the hull.
INTERNAL DECK FLOORING
The internal deck floors are lightweight and stiff Nidacore / fiberglass sandwich construction. The deck is then fiber glassed to the hull over deck shelves and any necessary supports.
FLYBRIDGE
The flybridge is constructed and attached in the same manner as the superstructure.
