LOW CENTER OF GRAVITY The weight and depth of our hull and stringer guarantee a lower center of gravity. And a lower center of gravity gives you better performance in every ride. Add a seamless walkaround deck, perfectly-fitted console, and clean surfaces throughout for the fit & finish that only Regulator can deliver.

The Regulator 28 is super fast, fishes hard but still has plenty of room to entertain on the water.  The Regulator's signature soft ride comes standard and with the optional removable forward seat backrest, there is an extra degree of comfort added.  With the power of twin Yamaha F300's, you won't believe where the 28 will take you.

This boat comes with the optional Fiberglass T-Top with surfboard edge, electronics box, molded-in spreader lights and LED lights, removable forward seating backrests, a factory install Garmin electronics fish package as well as other options and too many standards to name.
