With only 1075 original hours and Caterpiller 1000 hour service completed; including heat exchangers, and new aftercoolers. Other recently added equipment includes NEW Phasor 21kw Generator, Watermakers Inc. 20 gph desalinization unit, Lumitec underwater lights, Tides Marine dripless shaft seals, Rogue Wave Wi-Fi, and cockpit aluminum sunshade brow.

"Ocean Dream" was continuously berthed inland Jacksonville, Ortega River, Lambs Yacht Center covered slip since near new until 2016 when the present owner purchased the vessel; which has since been docked behind his home.

Preferred Standard Floor-plan featuring Salon Dining Area, Three Staterooms, Two full heads with separate stall showers, walk around berths in both the Master and VIP staterooms. Washer & Dryer.

Truly huge cockpit and Air Conditioned Enclosed Bridge. Foredeck mounted Novurania 360 DL Center Console RIB with Yamaha 40hp Four Stroke. Deployed by 800 lb. Marquipt davit.

DAMAGE DISCLOSURE: Immediately after purchasing the vessel in 2016 the present owner had a mishap while delivering the vessel to its homeport which resulted in minor fiberglass damage to the hardtop; which was repaired using best marine practices by Yacht Management Group, Inc. located at Harbour Towne Marina in Dania Beach, Florida.

Accommodations and Layout

Forward Cabin has an Island Queen Berth followed aft to port by an enclosed head with a separate stall shower. Next aft to port is the third guest stateroom with over/under bunks. On the starboard side is the second head with stall shower and the VIP Guest Stateroom with Island Double Berth. On the same level continuing aft to port is the galley. Up the steps and aft is the Main Salon: Forward to Starboard is a U shaped dinette followed aft by the bar area and then the main electrical panels. Aft to port is an L shaped settee.

Entertainment Electronics

21" Sharp LCD TV with DVD in Main Salon and 15" Toshiba LCD TV in the Master Stateroom.

Clarion XMA1 am/fm/cd and Clarion XM665 six disc changer in Main Salon. Clarion XMD1 am/fm/cd in the Master Stateroom. There is also a Clarion XMD1 am/fm/cd on the Enclosed Flybridge.

Galley

Double rectangular sinks molded as part of the solid surface countertop. 12v/120v NovaKool upright refrigerator with a separate freezer below. 120v Princess two-burner Ceran Cooktop. Interactive Smart and Easy Convection Microwave Oven. New Fischer & Paykel automatic dishwasher. Various small appliances.

Main Engines

(2) Caterpillar 3406E-TA 800hp marine diesel with 1250 hours total time.

In-line six-cylinder, turbocharged, aftercooled; controlled by Twin Disc EC-200 Power Commander; electronic type. Engine Synchronizer part of the Twin Disc electronic engine controls.

Transmissions: ZF model BW155A, controlled by Twin Disc electronics. Gear Ratio is 1.52:1

Shafts: 2 1/4 " Stainless Steel with Dripless Shaft Seals. 27" 4 blade Bronze Propellers.

Engines have a recent 1000 hour service completed.

Enclosed Bridge

The air-conditioned flybridge has a three-sided hard enclosure with hardtop and clear eisenglass curtain aft. Three fixed windshields forward and sliding windows port and starboard. Two Stidd pedestal chairs at the helm and an L shaped seating area to starboard forward of the helm and settee forward to port.

Flybridge wet bar, 12 volts. NovaKool refrigerator with small freezer and flybridge carpeting.

Forward to port in the cockpit is a top-loading holding plate type freezer, a handheld freshwater shower, and a sink with faucet.
