Overview

 

Civility is a real nice 310 Sundancer. She has been well kept and is in the water and ready to go. The broad dash places everything in easy sight and reach, including illuminated weatherproof rocker switches, custom backlit instrumentation, tachometer with an hour meter, compass, digital depth finder and VHF radio. She has a great interior with faux granite in the galley along with a sink, dual voltage refrigerator, microwave, two-burner electric stovetop and lots of drawer and cabinet storage. The dinette seats four and sleeps two. Upper cabinets along the starboard side provide plenty of storage. The mid-cabin stateroom converts from a double berth to a salon area. A privacy curtain can be drawn when the stateroom is occupied overnight. The fully enclosed fiberglass stand-up head features a VacuFlush® toilet with holding tank, vanity and sink, shower with curtain and stainless steel sea rail.
