BROKER COMMENTS:
This is a extremely nice 1 owner boat that has been very well maintained and lightly used by an experienced boating family. The boat has very low hours, the interior shows "as new" . . . "SEA DELIGHT" IS THE BOAT TO SEE AND BUY in this size/class range ! !
Sea Ray really got it right with the 400 Sedan Bridge, an extremely popular cruising boat with a near perfect mix of European styling and luxury class amenities. First introduced in 1996, Searay went on to produce hundreds of this model through the 2003 model year and this boat, because it was built in the latter part of the production run was one of the only 2004 models delivered. Below decks, the interior off the 400 SB is an appealing display of high gloss cherry joinery, Ultra-leather salon seating and quality haradware and appliances. Her 2 stateroom, galley down floorplan with dinette and 2 Full Heads features the Master forward in the bow with a pedestal queen berth, cedar lined lockers, plenty storage and ensuite private head, built in entertainment center with TV/DVD. The guest stateroom is tucked in to port and features side by side bunks , double hanging locker with seat in front for dressing and plenty of storage under berths and other storage compartments. The salon features a large convertible sofa to port which converts electrically to a double with the touch of a button and there is a sofa to starboard as well with an overhead entertainment center. To port forward of the sofa is a hideaway, roll out liquor bottle/glass storage compartment. Forward to starboard and down 1 step is a fully equipped galley with Stand up refrigerator and wood galley sole. Across from the galley to port is an elevated conventional face to face dinette with under seat storage.
Cockpit amenities include aft bench seating, Stainless steel refrigerator (New) tucked in under molded stairway to bridge, transom door leading to a wide Hydraulic swim platform with davits and swim ladder. Wide molded in steps lead to the fully enclosed (tan sunbrella) flying bridge with a centerline helm offset forward to starboard, a pedestal companion seat to port and a large aft U-shaped seating area with a dinette table that converts to a sunlounge .
Construction: Built on a fully cored hull with good beam, prop pockets and underwater exhausts will cruise in the 23 range and top out at or over 25 .
The Sea Ray 400 Sedan Bridge features an interior plan that suits any lifestyle, plus all the luxury and convenience inherent in a Sea Ray.
