Overview

This 2003 Sea Ray 400 Sedan Bridge is a two owner boat. It is clear that both owners have loved and taken care of it. The boat has mostly original equipment except the flatscreen TV in the salon and the custom installed house battery system with inverter. You can anchor out and run the refrigerator, entertainment and receptacles without generator power. This is rare in a Sea Ray. The gel looks great. The canvas enclosure is newer and looks great. The interior is in great condition and most importantly the engine room is in fantastic condition for its age. All services are up to date and the boat is ready to cruise. If you are looking for a flybridge motor yacht that is well cared for and that shows great and ready to cruise now, this boat is a must see!

Accommodations

Long revered as one of the most popular 40' Sedan Bridges ever produced the Sea Ray 400SB with her two state rooms, two heads, and mid-level galley layout, this luxurious head turning vessel is the perfect entertainer. The master is forward with a walk-around queen berth, two hanging lockers, as well as built in drawers for more storage space than you'll ever need, and a 13" TV/VCR, dual CruisAir marine air conditioning systems with reverse cycle heat to keep the climate just the way you like it. There is also convenient lighting complimenting these comfortable and upscale accommodations. The ensuite head is equipped with a VacuFlush toilet (no stagnant odors due to the use of fresh water instead of sea water), a mirrored vanity, molded-in sink and separate stall shower. The guest stateroom is mid ship to port with twin berths that convert to a king berth when you prefer to really stretch out, has a hanging locker with a mirrored door, plenty of storage space, and cleverly shares access to the second head which is fitted out as well as the master head. The galley, with its beautiful cherry wood high gloss paneling, beautiful and low maintenance molded counter tops and sink makes it easy to prepare meals, as well as to clean up afterwards. The galley is fully equipped and features the following appliances: a full-size upright Norcold refrigerator with freezer that runs on both 12V DC and 110V AC power for added safety for your food stores, a 3 burner flush-mounted electric stove, a c microwave-convection oven, and an ice maker. Also included for your further convenience are: an electric exhaust fan, fresh water tank level indicator, and a Lazy Susan type pantry arrangement. To port of the galley you'll find the face-to-face dinette which is elevated for better visibility of your surroundings. The roomy salon with its elegant cherry interior, wood galley flooring, LCD TV and AM/FM/6 CD changer stereo system, and its electric leather sofa to port, offer both comfort and roominess for plenty of guests to lounge about. Lastly, there is a handy and very essential central vacuum cleaner system to clean up after everyone leaves.
