Overview

This vessel was purchased NEW in late 2014 and taken to fresh water and shed kept until May of 2017 -- Her gel coat GLISTENS!

Accommodations

This 450 Sedan Bridge has the standard two stateroom two head layout. The cockpit has a walk thru transom door full L-shapped lounge seat and a full wet-bar with BBQ and refrigeration. The expansive salon has a pull out couch and a raised dinette to port. Across to starboard is a pair of lounge seats and the TV.

Down three steps is the large open galley with all appliances. The washer/dryer is carefully hidden under the steps leaning down to the galley for easy access. The master has a centerline walk-around queen berth, TV and ample storage, located all the way forward. The second guest stateroom has twin bertgs (convertible to a double) to port under the raised dinette in the salon.

This is a FULLY EQUIPPED "pocket sedan" capable of extended cruising and quick, responsive maneuvering while maintaing a very economical fuel burn. The flybridge is fully enclosed and sports redundant GPS Hybrid GPS/RADAR by Raymarine, AC, ISOTHERM drawer type refrigeration, TV and opening moon roof in the hardtop. There is a lounge/dinette aft that seats 4 comfortably. 

Her wide side decks make going forward a breeze! There is a sundeck lounge pad on the foredeck cabin top for sunbathing.
