The rudder stock is working on two self-aligning bearings which allow the rudder to work smoothly even when heavily loaded.
Cockpits floor, seats, deck coaming and all deck are covered with longitudinal teak planks of 8mm thickness, 40 mm wide, 3 mm wide black rubber deck seals and margin frames in best yacht style including the deck cabin top surfaces.
The toe rail is made in teak, for the whole length of the deck.
STEERING SYSTEM
Twin custom composite pedestal with roller bearings and twin wheels 6 double spokes carbon made 1100 mm diameter . Steering sprockets have 13 teeth and a pitch diameter of 79mm. Size 60 belt is the steering cables in Kevlar, 850mm diameter, twin grove quadrant in (E Glass/Kevlar) Composite.

INTERIORS
GENERAL
Internal furniture has been realized according to the highest marine carpentry standards and built in foam sandwich material teak veneered and laminated teak, faired and varnished in polyurethane semi-gloss finish.
All edges and corners are faired to consistent radius and made ample use of laminated and solid teak for door frames, bulkhead frames, lid edges, handrails on roof sides, fiddles on counters and shelves, bunks edges.
The teak used is blond-streak type.
The locker doors is with ventilation grill and solid wood made. Roller bearing slider on all drawers and top quality push-lock on drawers and locker door.
Stainless steel guards to all the bases of the door frames.
Dining and coffee table in saloon in teak veneered foam cored composite and solid teak on edges.
Galley counters is in white color Corian , head counters and basins are laminated in carbon with gloss clear finish , the remaining horizontal surface is covered with 3-mm. teak veneered marine plywood.
All screws, bolts, staples and anything else used in fixing fittings are made of stainless steel and the wood screws is counter-sunk, crosscut, tallow finished.
All handles inside, as well as door and locker hinges, door stops and porthole closures, clothes rails and coat hooks, locker snaps, eyebolts, the galley grab rail and all other internal metal accessories and fittings are made of stainless steel .
All wardrobes are fitted with automatic interior lighting.
VARNISHING
All teak surfaces are treated with at least five thick coats of a bi-component poliurethane build up and mono-component varnish, semi-gloss finished.
White surfaces finished with a coat of semi-gloss mono-component paint.
FLOORBOARD
Foam core plywood sandwich floorboards with teak and holly stripes veneer, opening lids in order to easily reach the sea cocks, handle with suction cap to open the floorboards.
The floorboards are completely surrounded.
Floorboard and gratings in the showers and heads are made of plain unpainted teak.
CEILING
Boltaflex ceiling panels with washable vinyl covered, fastened with tight velcro and singly removable, except for the sail locker and lazarette where the inner skin of the deck is faired and painted without covering panels.
Solid teak wood made hatch coaming inside with portholes same profile in transparent epoxy paint.
Pull out blinds and mosquito net for all hatches are fold up into the headliners , mosquito screen for port lights.

GENERAL
Main engine room is acoustically insulated with sound seal leaded sheets covered inside with Alucobond panels, total available thickness 70mm. Bulkhead between the Buyer cabin and the lazzarette has insulated like E.R.
Cockpit sole is removable (bolted and sealed with silicon) for engine disembarking.
E.R. portholes and door with hinged aluminum frames, double gasket and pressure lock handles. All machinery is mounted on vibration damper.
E.R. soles is in anodized light aluminum sandwich.
In way of valves, seacock, filter or machinery floors are hinged to make easier inspection.
Independent bilge compartment, internal lighting with main switch in way of the access, forced ventilation via two adequate blowers and duct for air inlet and outlet. Watertight and fire proof through bulkhead fittings for wiring and pipes.
Colored plastic labels indicating functions, flow direction and safety advise are fixed at each valve in all systems (diesel, fresh and salt water, bilge, grey and black water, refrigeration, air conditioning and hydraulic).
Watertight and fireproof through bulkhead fittings for pipes and wire must be used on watertight bulkhead and E.R. bulkhead.

The main engine auxiliary propulsion unit is YANMAR 4LH-STE continuous rating output at crankshaft: 140 kW (190hp) @ 3100rpm, max output at crankshaft: 169 kW (230hp) @ 3300rpm alternator 12v 80 a, C type instrument panel, 6m extension wire harness.

BILGE AND HEADS OUT-LETS
Bilge are divided in 4 compartments with a separate suction in each compartment: lazzarette, engine room, midship and forepeak.
All bilge suction lines is connected to the bilge manifold. Extraction hoses is in grey rigid plastic, the end part of the hoses flexible and fitted with pick-up boxes and non-return valves.
Each bilge compartment is equipped with a floating switch for alarm on main panel.
The bilge water suction system is controlled through a panel which reproduces the bilge schematics with visual and sound alarm for each compartment.
Through the bilge manifold is possible to select which bilge to drain and select the pump or pumps to use for the drainage.
To this manifold are connected respectively one electric bilge pump, one mechanical bilge pump engine driven with clutch and a manual pump:

No.1 Gianneschi e Ramacciotti 217 l/min at 2000RPM type FC40F with clutch.

No. 1 manual pump Whale Gusher 10 Mk3 fitted in engine room and sucking only from the E.R. bilge will discharge on a separate pipe line.
The pressurized salt water system is connected with 1/2” valves to the body pump of the CP32 for filling up. Self-priming bilge pumps.
GREY SYSTEM
All basins discharge into 60 liters capacity grey water tank fitted under the shower sump.
The siphon is fitted on the outlet.
Showers discharge into the shower sump and then through a filter and a siphon into the below grey water structural tanks. Crew shower discharge in guests shower tank.
In the cabins, the A/C fan-coil drains discharge through a siphon and a non return valve in the grey water tanks.
The grey water tanks, under the shower sumps, discharge at sea by 3 membrane Whale Gulper 220 Kg.1, 75 24V-4A pumps provided with filters. Siphon breakers and non-return valve are fitted at each discharge line before connection with the discharge manifold. Tanks vents are connected to the siphon breakers.
Automatic floating switch for starting the pump of each tank and timer for pumps working duration.
In each head switch for selecting manual or automatic mode. (In manual mode the button must be kept pushed and a red led will indicate the pump working).
The galley sinks discharge by 1 membrane Whale Gulper 220 through a siphon into a manifold directly connected at sea. A “Y” valve under the galley sink deviate the discharge to the galley grey water tank situated in the galley bilge, with the same discharge system of the heads grey tanks. This tank collects drains from the sinks, refrigerators and galley fan-coil.
TOILET SYSTEM AND BLACK WATER
Guest toilets is in white china TECMA electrical, with direct sea outlet through siphon with siphon breaker or to black water tanks. Crew toilet manual by Jabsco regular bowl size.
Two black water tanks, total capacity 350 litres, in PVC with internal baffles, bolted inspection hatches, suctions, vents with filters and drain plugs. One tank for Buyer and aft guest heads is in the aft guest cabin bilge; one tank for the three-fwd heads will be in the stbd cabin bilge.
Black water system control panel with high level light in each head and in the Navigation station. The system stops automatically the toilet connected to a full tank.
Outboard discharge by 2 Whale Gulper Kg.2, 12 24V-6A macerator pump with a switch manually operated or through a 50 mm manifold with deck fitting 2” Hood Waste for shore connection.
GALLEY AND DOMESTIC EQUIPMENT
