This Brand New Beautiful, Sumerset 20’ X 73’ Houseboat is truly one of a kind!  European yacht-inspired exterior design with an aluminum painted superstructure, full bulwark and custom inset, tinted glass.  The interior beats most multi-million-dollar homes.  A custom project that took over 18 months to complete featuring a collaboration with renowned interior home designer, liz thompson, of McAlphine House.  It’s an entertainers’ dream with no expense spared for offering only the very best to your friends and family.

 

This luxury cruiser has a full width cabin, reverse floor plan and ALL Aluminum Super STRUCTURE with Full Insulation Package; Walls, Windows, Doors & Floor.

Accommodations

This Sumerset features a Master Stateroom Suite with king bed and custom padded headboard, a very unique flip-up hidden helm with Vetus Follow-Up steering and Garmin GPS Navigation controls and a 49” Sony TV on a lift behind the helm – all nicely tucked away beneath a granite top.  Master also includes built-in bench seating area and a full bath with tiled shower.  This vessel also includes a second sleep area with two twin beds, and a half guest bath with washer & dryer.  All bathrooms have quartz counter tops and Techma toilets.

Indoor Entertaining

The open floor plan includes a gorgeous and expansive custom build kitchen with plenty of seating between the kitchen island salon bar.  Beautiful quartz counters throughout, full-size stainless-steel appliances including double door refrigerator, oven, range, dishwasher, dumbwaiter and microwave.  The salon is luxuriously designed including custom drapery, padded panel walls, yacht style ceilings and trim.  Special attention was given to the lighting to include sconces down the dramatic hallway and warm LED ceiling light all controlled by Creston system.  The custom designed entertainment area includes a bar for indoor entertaining and a 65” Sony TV ready for surround sound.  Furnishings include American Leather sectional sofa, counter stools from Vanguard, coffee table, custom area rug and is fully accessorized including art and beautiful florals.

Outdoor Entertaining

Water activities are boundless on the rear deck as it features a pool style diving board, telescoping swim ladder and even a slide with water pump.  You do not need to leave your personal water craft behind as dual jet ski ramps with removable winches and supports are included.  Need a break from the water… take a seat at the all-aluminum bar fully equipped with icemaker, refrigerator, granite counter tops and a 32” Sony TV.  Non-slip, Plasdeck decking on front, rear and stairs to the upper deck. 

The upper deck features an all-aluminum custom painted flybridge designed with anodized round cruise rail, 36’ all aluminum party top with honeycomb soffit & LED yacht lights and white party top supports.  It’s the perfect place to take in a sunset, grill out, and enjoy outdoor dining.  Everything you will ever need is included in with this custom-built aluminum bar including icemaker, refrigerator, two-tiered granite counter, sink, drink trough, Fire Magic Aurora built in grill and dumbwaiter, 55” Sony TV, multiple ceiling fans.  Outdoor furnishings include dining table and chairs, bar stools, swivel chairs, side table and custom outdoor area rugs.
