Overview

Grace is without exception the best maintained and equipped pre-owned high quality semi-custom performance cruising yacht 45'-55' on the market.Working with a knowledgeable, obsessive, and totally involved owner both her world class designer Bill Dixon and builder Ta Shing produced an offshore cruising yacht that offers unparalleled luxury, comfort and quality in every aspect of her design.

During the new build the original and current owner had open check book and many great ideas to make an already proven design the best it could possibly be. The extra features and equipment and unmatched commitment to great maintenance have truly resulted in a yacht that will impress a prospective buyer like no other

Below the volume and storage of Graces three stateroom layout is comparable to other much larger designs. The spacious raised main salon with forward and side windows and 4 opening ports has a generous  15' beam with custom  seating. Her  custom  sheel draft keel, and intercoastal friendly mast height allow more in cruising options. The inmast mainsail furling, electric winches, self tending staysail and roller-furling headsail and electric winches make this a very manageable yacht for a cruising couple to sail. Powerful bow thruster facilitates docking and maneuvering in tight quarters.

Grace is the total package; everything on board to go cruising, pride of owning a strong beautiful yacht in superior mechanical condition. Grace is truly an excellent alternative to building a new yacht that would  cost over twice the price. Best of all after inspection any prospective buyer will confirm that they haven't been aboard any well-equipped quality yacht of any age in better condition.

Broker Comments

"Grace" a Taswell 50' All Seasons Deck Salon is one of the finest quality semi-custom designs in the world for ocean passage-making and live aboard. The current and present owner made many overseas trips to the builder during construction. His investment  in customizing extra equipment and added special features set her apart from any yacht her size. Also through his ownership the level of maintenance has been outstanding. This is one of the few times a brokerage buyer has the opportunity to purchase a yacht in perfect condition that needs nothing to move aboard and begin cruising. An inspection will confirm that Grace is in a condition better than most new yachts.

Exclusions

Teak wheel and bulkhead lamp both very sentimental personal gifts and personal affects and tools.
