Blue Point lives in Ft. Lauderdale. Maintained to be seen on the dock by the house, she is kept in the condition you would expect to see in this neighborhood.  This owner has just invested in brand new electronics with GOST Wireless Security and fully detailed to near boat show ready.

Tiara's commitment to building a dual purpose yacht shows in this 4200 with great open space that fits a day of fishing or a nice cruise in the Bahamas for the week.  A huge 85 square foot cockpit surrounded by a height appropriate bolster, leaning post, and Rupp Tournament Outriggers gives the fisherman the tools needed from the boat.  Attention to cruise-ability provides seating all around that is both useful and out of the way.

The extra large upper cockpit provides visibility for the captain and the crew for fishing while a nice place to retreat from the sun and weather.

Down below is warm and inviting when the day comes to an end or time to prepare meals.

Blue Point is a fine example of Tiara's desire to build a fine yacht and a true testament to the build quality.  She is over ten years old and looks like a much newer boat; a testament to her owner's commitment to maintaining a fine vessel.

Cockpit

Stepping aboard Blue Point her nearly 15' beam provides openness and space.  Eighty five square feet gives tons of room for fishing.  The mezzanine seating gives the fisherman a place to watch lines and relax.  Engine room access hatch.  The aft seat folds our of the way into the bolster.  Extra large fishbox and live bait well in the deck.

Well thought out by Tiara, the rod holders are covered under the port and starboard cowling.  Fresh and saltwater washdowns. The padded bolsters are in very fine condition.  The extra large transom door with heavy duty hinges leads to the swim platform.

Upper Cockpit, Helm, and Electronics

A flight of stairs brings you into the upper cockpit and helm.  Entertainment center with wet bar and refrigerator are to starboard with L-shaped bench seating to port.  The tall hardtop and hard windshield provide safety, shade, and comfort while fishing or cruising.

The helm is starboard with 360 degree view with a Double Stidd Helmseat. Well laid out and easy access to all the new navigation equipment and controls gives the captain ease and security while at the wheel.  Great visibility all around; aft for fishing or docking while the view through the windshield is easy forward and side.

The list of 2015 investment made at the helm station is ideal.  ALL New Raymarine Electronics brings this extremely well kept yacht up to 2015 standards taking advantage of latest technologies including touch screen ease with high definition radar and satellite weather; truly modern technologies befitting a refined yachtsman.
