Remarks

The 44’ Tollycraft CPMY was designed and laid out for the serious cruising yachtsman.  The Ed Monk designed Quadra Lift Hull gives a smooth comfortable dry ride and also dampens roll in a beam sea or at anchor.

 

“Almost Heaven’s” creature comforts include a full beam master stateroom with head and separate shower, spacious salon with pullout couch, large covered sundeck and cockpit for easy access to the swim platform and water.

 

She has had several upgrades over the past few years including remanufactured Cummins 6BTA engines.

 

Also, she has the fuel economy of a trawler at 10 Knots but cruising very comfortably at 18 knots with a top speed of 20 Knots if needed.

 

“Almost Heaven” is the nicest 1990’ 44’ Tollycraft on the market.  If you are looking for a cockpit motoryacht this boat should be at the top of your list!

Description

“Almost Heaven” is an Aft Cabin Sundeck Cockpit Motor Yacht. She features a two stateroom, two head configuration with two separate showers.

 

There is a fully covered Sundeck aft with a ladder that leads to a very functional cockpit.  The Salon features large windows for excellent views from all angles.  Down a few steps is a large galley with good storage and counter space.  To starboard is a large dinette.  There are large safe walkarounds on the exterior.

Accommodations

Two Stateroom Yacht with the Master aft with Master Head and separate shower.  The Master Stateroom features a new Zeno Queen Mattress.  The second stateroom is forward with guest head and with separate shower.

 

The Galley and Dinette is down.  The Galley features a newer refrigerator and convection oven.  There is a Princess 3 burner stove and good counter space.
