Overview

MANUTARA is one of the largest, most comfortable cruising yachts in her class. Her combined upgraded condition, five-stateroom plus crew layout along with an abundance of amenities, private spaces and dining options make her ideal for family cruising. Her four guest staterooms convert from 8 single beds to 4 king-sized beds, plus the full-beam master suite with a centerline king bed provide for incredible versatility. Wide steps on the reverse transom give easy dinghy and water access. With her previous owner she has had an outstanding charter record. The current owner, however, has used her privately for family cruising only.

Over the past four years, MANUTARA has had excellent care under her present ownership with all cosmetics and systems consistently replaced and upgraded. Numerous important improvements were made to bring maximum enjoyment to the owner, guests and crew. With an Offshore Spars carbon fiber mast, Park Avenue boom, new rigging, new sails, new teak decks, entirely new paint, new electronics, and the interior refurbished with new soft furnishings and carpeting, she is more than ready for extended world family cruising.

MANUTARA is very seriously for sale and offers are encouraged.

Accommodations

The PILOTHOUSE has a large covered cockpit with roll-up weather screens that provide protection for the outdoor dining and entertainment area, which features a large teak dining table for ten, and two comfortable horseshoe-shaped seating areas with panoramic 360 degree views.

The AFT DECK has a large, flat open deck with two Summit teak lounge chairs and additional seating. On the FOREDECK is the custom, 4-person stainless steel heated Jacuzzi.

The MAIN SALON takes advantage of the full 26’ beam, thus providing a spacious and luxurious entertaining and lounging area. Custom cabinetry and upholstery create an air of sophistication and a level of comfort rarely found on sailing yachts. There is a large, circular settee and corner desk in this area. To starboard is the DINING AREA, with a gleaming cherry-inlaid dining table that expands to comfortably seat ten around a custom leather banquette. To port side, aft, is an office area.

The fully equipped restaurant style GALLEY is forward of the main salon. Opposite the galley is the CREW DINETTE followed by the CREW QUARTERS with separate captain and crew cabins.

The aft MASTER SUITE runs the full width of the yacht and features a queen centerline bed and custom mahogany paneling and cabinetry. The ensuite head is finished with green marble and teak and features a double sink and extra-large shower. This stateroom also has individual air conditioning controls, television, DVD and stereo.

Just forward of the master suite are the four GUEST STATEROOMS, each with two twin beds that can be converted into king beds. Each cabin includes individual air conditioning controls, television, VCR, DVD and stereo and an ensuite head and shower with marble countertop vanity.
