INTERIOR DECOR APPOINTMENTS

The Owners have selected the finest equipment for "KALEEN", but they also have selected some of the finest décor appointments. In the Salon, the sofa and love seat were designed by "DeSede" leather manufacturer in Italy. The Salon arrangement of a sofa and loveseat is featured around a "Mirak" coffee/cocktail table with custom end tables.

The dining table was designed and built by Lee Weitzman, a custom furniture builder out of Chicago which builds to the client's suggestions. The dining chairs and the card table, inlaid with Mother of Pearl are also "Lee Weitzman" designs and built the card table the leather chairs are custom Australian design.

The dining chandelier is Swarovski crystal with matching recessed lighting. The Salon occasional chairs are custom

The forward Salon/Dining wall is accented with a custom  painting .

The various walls coverings throughout KALEEN are done with custom Maya Romanoff extraordinary surface materials, "Scotch and Soda" subtle glass beads. The Master, VIP and guest heads custom faucets are designed with Swarovski crystals, as well as towel rods, toilet paper holders and robe hooks.

The Galley and Wheelhouse settee's were recently redone (2018) in highquality

Spinney Beck leather (Acqua), which is water resistant

and full grain, Aniline dyed Italian leather from Northern Italy.

WALKTHROUGH

Entering "KALEEN" from the Aft Deck boarding gates, you enter a large Aft Deck with customized Aft Deck settee lounge like bump outs on Port and Starboard settee and walk behind bar with three bar stools and a TV behind bar.

Going forward through double counter balanced Salon glass doors you will enter the fullbeam

Salon with comfortable oversized sofas to port with a cocktail table. To starboard is a game table with two chairs, large storage cabinets located up and down the sides under windows, port and starboard sides.

Forward of the Salon is the formal Dining area with seating for eight and custom port and starboard buffet cabinets, which hold custom made glass and plate holders for being underway.

The Galley is forward accessed from the starboard entry Foyer. The Galley offers a full array of home appliances, built into a peninsula Galley counter with a large Ushaped settee to accommodate guests with (2) occasional counter bar stools, which can be moved over to the settee for additional seating. The Galley can be closed off by a customized pocket door.

The VIP Stateroom is forward of the Galley and down several steps with a walkaround

queen berth and ensuite head with large closet.

The Master Stateroom is accessed from the port main Deck Foyer and down stairs to the lower Foyer. Going from lower Foyer through double doors you enter the Master Stateroom, which is fullbeam

and at the widest part of the yacht. The Master berth is a California King, with ample storage drawers port & starboard, and a walkin closet in the aft starboard corner of the Master Stateroom. His & Hers Heads are forward of the Stateroom with a tub and separate shower stall.

The 3rd and 4th Guest Staterooms are just aft of the lower foyer with the 3rd being to port with a walkaround queen and ensuite head. 

The 4th Stateroom is to starboard with two single berths with can be put together to make a King bed, also features an ensuite head.

Up the starboard Foyer stairs is the semi raised Pilothouse with a full control station for excellent visibility. The Pilothouse features spacious seating for cruising.

The expansive Flybridge features an EZ2CY three sided enclosure with a full helm station and wing control stations on both sides. To starboard there is Ushaped seating, and to port a full bar with seating for four, refrigerator, sink, icemachine and BBQ for entertaining. Aft on the Boat Deck level there is additional seating to starboard with a builtin Jacuzzi to port and a 15' AB tender( 2014).

The Crew cabins are aft with access from the Aft Deck and egress from the transom door featuring a ensuite Captain's cabin with fullsize berth, a Crew cabin oversized

with upper and lower bunks, a Deckhand's cabin with a single berth and

a full head between the two cabins. Crew cabin has a Dinette and a courtesy area, in the companionway with full laundry facilities. The access to the Engine Room is forward.
