S/Y AVREA was constructed at Williams Boat Yard in Falmouth, Cornwall, England, in 1989.
AVREA was built over three years in a yard famous for exquisite classic and traditional wooden boat building. She was commissioned and built without any compromise by Master Shipwright David Walkey, using only the best Iroko, teak and Mahogany panels available. Renowned naval architect Alan Pape was responsible for supervising her build, which ensured a superb finish.
AVREA was only ever owned by one family until 2017, who fastidiously and lovingly maintained her in the most immaculate condition. In 2017 and 2018, she underwent several significant restorations by her current owner.
AVREA has stunning interiors that boast a sensational saloon, separate dining and a galley. She also has vast exterior deck spaces, made from teak with Mahogany detailing, that wow all those who come onboard.
AVREA is now equipped with the latest electronics, including AIS, a Quantum Radar and autopilot, all without interfering with her timeless appearance.
