Overview

“TRITON” features four staterooms, three with ensuite heads, a day head and crew quarters. The interior of the yacht is fully air conditioned and well lit. The cabinetry is finished with high gloss cherry wood paneling and trim with burl maple inlays. There is teak and holly soles in the galley, wheelhouse and crew stateroom with carpeting throughout the guest areas and salon. The interior has granite countertops in the galley and bar area with marble countertops in all of the heads. There are light soffits and vinyl wrapped overhead paneling. The exterior highlights include a complete Imron paint job, all new cushions, bow seating, a large teak aft deck table with seating for eight and refrigerator, a massive flybridge with wet bar, hot tub, sun pads, bbq grill and large u-shaped dinette seating with table. The yacht is in excellent condition throughout showing much less wear and tear for a yacht of her age.

SALON

Enter the salon from the aft deck through a large set of sliding glass doors, you immediately notice the spaciousness created by the yachts full beam layout. A blend of high gloss Cherry Wood, Maple Burl inlays, Granite Stone and natural light enriches the airy voluminous feeling.  

To port is a two piece sofa, end table, coffee table and large lounge chair. Forward of this is the formal dining area, immediately across from this area is a large L-shaped bar finished in Cheery Wood with Black Granite Countertops. The bars amenities include a large Scotsman Icemaker, Sub Zero Refrigerator, sink with prep area and ample liquor storage. Aft in the starboard corner is the audio/visual entertainment center.

The formal dining area is located in the forward section of the salon, there is a decorative cherry wood storage partition separating the salon settee from the formal dining area, providing copious amount of china and glassware storage, there is a large custom Cheery Wood dining table that comfortably seats six. The overhead custom light soffit will enhance the mood one desires. Adjacent to dining room there is additional storage including a 36 bottle wine refrigerator. 

The salon’s finishing touches are a decorative balance between light soffits, window treatments of fabric valences, lambrequins and Hunter Douglas Silhouette Blinds.

 STARBOARD SIDE PASSAGEWAY

The starboard side fore and aft passageway between the main salon and galley has teak and holly flooring. Along the house sides is glass faced cabinetry with pegged crystal storage. Midships is a teak and holly stairway up to the wheelhouse, inboard and aft of this stairway is entry into a day head. The day head has a marble countertop with under mount ceramic sink, mirrored walls, marbled soles, and a toilet. Forward to port is entry into the galley. Forward in the house sides port and starboard are fixed windows and quick acting dogged and gasketed pantographic doors out to the port and starboard side decks.

COUNTRY KITCHEN/GALLEY

Located forward on the main deck the Country Kitchen utilizes the forward windshield to obtain natural lighting throughout the country kitchen and dinette area. The large raised booth seating with twin granite top tables are perfect for family gatherings or just a quick snack. 

The galley is purposefully located in conjunction with a large Butler’s Pantry with access to a massive (doghouse) storage area beneath the raised pilot house. The sole in the entire country kitchen/galley area is teak and holly, the cabinetry finish is American Cherry and the countertops are all granite.

OWNERS AND GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS:

All the way forward on the lower deck is three owners and guest staterooms. This area is accessed via a teak and holly finished curved stairway down from the starboard side main passageway just outside the galley. At the bottom of the stairs is a marble tile foyer. Forward and to port are the two VIP Guest Staterooms. Aft is full beam Master Stateroom. Conveniently located on the starboard side aft foyer is a laundry center with GE stacked washer and dryer.

FORWARD VIP 

All the way forward in the guest area is the Bow VIP Stateroom. This VIP suite could actually be classified as a second (2nd) master stateroom. Enter through a set of double doors. This stateroom has a king size berth in a fore and aft arrangement off of the forward bulkhead. There are storage drawers underneath with additional storage cabinets along the hull side and the bed lifts up for additional storage. At the head of berth are twin built-in nightstands with reading lamps. The forward bulkhead has mirrored panels, overhead raised soffit with additional mirrored panels. To port and starboard are polished stainless steel framed port lights fit with stainless steel hinged deadlights behind sliding shoji screen. Port side aft is an L-shaped upholstered settee and outboard of the settee is a bookshelf with display case. Aft and to starboard is a cedar lined hanging closet with double doors.

Aft and down a two steps, to starboard is the entry into the Bow Stateroom Head. This ensuite head has a marbled counter vanity with an under mount sink, mirrored medicine cabinet, toilet and a large stall shower with marble flooring. There is an opening port light with hinged deadlight. Opposite the VIP head is a linen storage locker.

PORT GUEST STATEROOM 

The Port VIP Stateroom has a queen size berth in an athwartships arrangement. Underneath the bed and nightstands are storage drawers. At the head of the berth are nightstands with book and art display cases and two reading lamps. Behind the berth are stainless steel framed port lights with hinged deadlights. All the way aft is a cedar lined hanging locker. Starboard side inboard is a storage cabinet.

MASTER STATEROOM 

The master stateroom is located all the way aft in the guest area and is entered through a set of double doors via the foyer. The master stateroom has a king size berth in a fore and aft arrangement. The berths bulkhead is mirrored and there are twin nightstands with reading lamps. There are storage drawers underneath the bed and the bed lifts up for additional storage. To port and starboard are large polished stainless steel opening port lights each fit with deadlights behind shoji screens. Port side features a built-in L-shaped settee and the starboard a built-in set of chest of drawers. Starboard side forward is a cedar lined walk-in closet with a built in Euro Safe. Port and starboard aft are cedar lined hanging lockers. In the overhead of the master stateroom port side is a drop down panel to an emergency escape hatch up to the galley pantry. 

Master Stateroom Entertainment Center:

Aft and to port is entry into the ensuite head. The master head has a large marble countertop with twin vanities, under mount ceramic sinks and a mirrored aft wall.There are storage cabinets and storage drawers underneath each vanity. In between the vanities is a small makeup desk with a stool. All the way outboard to port is an enclosed toilet room with storage cabinets. There is a polished stainless port light with stainless steel deadlight in this room. All the way to starboard is a large walk-in stall shower with frameless glass door with marble flooring, marble walls, and marble bench seat. There is also a polished stainless steel opening port light found in this area.

AFT GUEST STATEROOM & CREW AREA

This area is accessed from the main salon via a teak and holly curved stairway in the port aft corner of the salon. In the stairway is a main electrical switchboard. At the bottom of the stairway and through the door is a central passageway which runs fore and aft from the engine room and the transom door. This passageway has a rubber Pirelli overlay. Off of the passageway port and starboard are doors into the port stateroom and starboard crew cabin, the head, and the electrical room. 

PORT GUEST STATEROOM

 This stateroom is used as the forth (4th) guest stateroom or the second crew cabin. It is fitted with two large single berths in an athwartships arrangement, between the berths is a small nightstand and a cedar lined hanging locker. Underneath each berth are storage drawers. In the hull side are polished stainless steel opening port lights fit with a polished stainless steel deadlights. 

Entertainment is provided via the following:

STARBOARD CREW CABIN 

The starboard crew cabin consist of a double lower and a single upper berths arrangement, in the hull side are twin polished stainless steel opening port lights with polished stainless steel deadlights. Outboard aft is a desk with loose stool and storage drawers. All the way aft is a cedar lined hanging locker and storage cabinets and a GE Microwave Convection Oven.

Entertainment is provided via the following: 

  • Sharp Aquos 15" LCD TV with an Aeros integrated remote with the satellite TV system, the DVD player, shore cable television, CCTV camera system, night vision camera system, AM/FM radio, and satellite XM radio

AFT HEAD 

At the aft end of the passageway port side is entry into the enclosed head. This head has a marble countertop vanity with ceramic under mount sink, dual large mirrored medicine cabinets, toilet, and a large enclosed shower with marble soles. In the hull side is a polished stainless steel opening port light and deadlight. Opposite the crew head is a laundry center with a GE Spacemaker stacked washer/dryer, a Sub Zero Refrigerator, and a Sub Zero Freezer with ice machine. All the way aft centerline is a stairway up to the transom door. The transom door is a quick acting dogged and gasketed pantographic door leading to the stern of the yacht. The stairway lifts up for access into the steering compartment.

ELECTRICAL ROOM

The electrical room is located on the forward end of the lower aft passageway, this area has a rubber Pirelli overlay flooring with HP laminate cabinetry and walls. Outboard are storage compartments and a polished stainless steel opening port light and deadlight. Along the forward wall is a 24-volt DC main switchboard with main disconnect breakers for the DC 24-volt main power, service battery #1 charger, inverter #1, inverter #2, davit, bilge, sump pump, and fire system as well as magnetic breakers protecting each individual 24-volt DC circuit. There are a pair of Xantrex SW Series 24-volt DC to AC power inverters. Above are inverter AC bus selector switches with inverter bypass switch. Also on the switchboard is the aft holding tank level indicator and the forward and aft shore power transformer indicating panels each with primary and secondary digital voltmeters and primary and secondary 100-amp circuit breakers.

The main electrical switchboard is located in the aft salon stairway. This electrical panel is divided into three sections: 

  • AC inverter bus panel - This panel has analog volt and ammeters - one for each 110-volt AC leg - with an ammeter source selector switch and magnetic circuit breakers protecting each circuit with power available indicator lights.
  • AC utility bus #1 panel (240-volt) This panel has power source selector buttons between the forward and aft shore power stations or the port and starboard generators - Magnetic circuit breakers with power indicator lights.
  • AC utility bus #2 panel (120/240-volt) This panel has power source selector switches between the forward and aft shore power and the port and starboard generators - Magnetic circuit breakers protecting each circuit with power indicator lights - Port and starboard generator start/stops switches.

DECK ARRANGEMENT AND EQUIPMENT:

SIDE DECKS

On the house sides port and starboard are pantographic quick acting dogged and gasketed lockable hinged doors leading to the galley area and deck. Forward of the starboard door is a hatch housing a waste pump out fitting. Aft of the starboard door is a potable water fill. Aft of the port house side door is a potable water fill locker with ship's service air chuck.The after house sides are full beam. There is a narrow catwalk with polished stainless steel handrail and grab rail fitted beneath the housetop overhang. 

BOW AREA

Built into the front of the house is a sun lounge with cushions, bench seating with cushions and forepeak there is an elevated teak overlay platform bench seat.

Adjacent to the sun pad are hinged locker doors on pneumatic ram assist providing access to a full width bosun's storage locker.

AFT DECK/SWIN STEP

The large aft deck offers protection from the elements by way of the expansive boat deck overhang and the waist high bulwarks with polished stainless steel handrails. The amenities include a large oval teak table with built-in U-shaped bench seating from eight, behind the bench seat is an insulated ice bucket and a flush hatch housing a stainless steel sink and faucet, forward and to starboard is a molded-in buffet area with storage beneath and an undercounter beverage refrigerator, teak decking and access via the curved staircase up to the flybridge BBQ Grill. This area is perfect for entertaining guest or intimate alfresco dinning: Other features include a drop down Samsung Television, JL Audio Speakers, overhead lighting, courtesy lights, port and starboard boarding gates, aft security gates down to the swim platform and entrance into the salon.

The stern or swim step is accessed via the curved port and starboard staircases down from the aft deck. This area is secured by stainless steel removable hoop handrails. Low on the transom corners are hinged locker doors. In the port side is a storage area and in the starboard side is a shore power. Centerline on the transom is a quick acting dogged and gasketed lockable pantographic hinged door leading to the lazarette, crew accommodations, and engine room. To port adjacent to the door is a small locker housing a ship's service air chuck. To starboard is a second small locker housing a potable water washdown bib, saltwater washdown bib and telescoping swim shower. 

FLYBRIDGE

The painted nonskid decks of the flybridge deck are protected by a dark smoked plexiglas stainless steel framed wraparound windscreen. Forward and to port is a fully instrumented helm with a bench seat and cushions. To starboard is a companion bench seat with cushions. Forward of the companion bench is a sun pad area with large storage locker beneath. On centerline is a stainless steel framed two-part hatch leading down to the pilothouse.

Directly aft of the helm station is the flybridge entertaining area protected by the overhead fiberglass hardtop. To starboard is a large U-shaped seating area with cushions and a pedestal mount high/low solid surface top table. To port is a wet bar area with solid surface countertops and four swing out barstools on stainless steel mounts, undercounter storage, U-Line bin type icemaker, and U-Line beverage refrigerator. Outboard behind the bar is a hinged mount flat screen television, in the arch base are JL Audio stereo speakers, above in the hardtop overhang are flush mounted lights and two (2) Pelco closed circuit television cameras. Forward from the bar is a buffet area with storage and a built-in Siemens electric barbecue flat top grills. 

To starboard and aft of the flybridge seating area is a circular hot tub with a sun pad area.To port adjacent to the hot tub is a companionway with stainless steel handrail and dark smoked Plexiglas stainless steel framed hatch down to the aft deck. At the Jacuzzi base is a potable water washdown bib quick connect fitting. 

BOAT DECK

Athwartships on the boat deck forward is a Steelhead Marine 2,500-lb. DC electro hydraulic davit. Aft and on centerline are two (2) Yamaha Jet Skis mounted on removable chocks, to the portside are two custom mounted top loading freezers and the staircase down to the aftdeck. The boat deck is protected by a low boxed bulwark and polished stainless steel 

handrails mounted in sockets. Centerline off the boat deck is a removable stainless steel flagstaff and the stern light.

RAISED PILOTHOUSE

The wheelhouse is accessed via a teak and holly curved stairway up from the starboard main passageway. The wheelhouse has a fully instrumented helm, large fixed windows port and starboard with a three-panel raked windshield forward. At each windshield is a windshield wiper with wash. All the way aft is a two-part sliding door up to the flybridge with a teak and holly stairway. All the way forward is a maple burl wood and cherry trimmed wheelhouse dash with leather padded upholstery. At the helm station is a single upholstered leather Stidd chair on a polished stainless steel adjustable pedestal mount with adjustable footrest and armrests. Starboard side aft is a chart flat with hinged lift up storage. Aft starboard wall are storage cabinets and AC and DC distribution panels.

The AC distribution panel has the following: 

  • AC inverter Plus with magnetic circuit breakers protecting each circuit with power indicator lights
  • AC utility bus panel #1(240-volt) with magnetic circuit breakers protecting each circuit with power indicator lights
  • AC utility bus #2 (120/240-volt) with magnetic circuit breakers protecting each circuit with power indicator lights 

The DC distribution panel has the following: 

  • DC 24-volt navigation distribution panel with main power disconnect switch, analog volt and ammeters, and magnetic circuit breakers protecting each circuit with power indicator lights
  • DC 24-volt sub panel with magnetic breakers protecting each circuit and power indicator lights
  • Two (2) Headhunter tank level indicators for the fuel and water tanks
  • Two (2) Xantrex 24-volt DC to AC power inverter control panels 

Port side is a leather upholstered L-shaped lounge. Behind the lounge is a Canon printer/copier/scanner/fax machine. 

Entertainment is provided to the pilothouse through the Nauticomp display and switching system to a DirecTV satellite receiver and an Integra DVD player.

PILOTHOUSE “DOGHOUSE” STORAGE AREA 

The pilothouse doghouse area is lit with overhead lighting and is finished in satin finish cherry wood paneling. Inside the floors are finished in a rubber Pirelli mat overlay. Inside are general storage containers, mechanical plumbing and electrical manual storage boxes, and (2) Cruisair model chillwater cooled air handler units - one for the galley and one for the wheelhouse.

GROUND TACKLE 

  • Two (2) 80-kg polished stainless steel anchors

The anchors are carried in stainless steel pockets in stainless steel hawse pipes with potable water or raw water washdown via manual isolation valves located in the forepeak. There are stainless steel bell mouth spurling pipes to unlined divided chain bins with drains directly overboard. The bitter ends are hard shackled inside the chain bins. The anchor windlasses are operated by flush mounted footswitches on deck, by tethered remotes with receptacle plugs inside the bow bulwarks, or by remote pushbutton operation at the pilothouse and flybridge helm stations. 

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND ENGINE ROOM:

The engine room is accessed by a quick acting dogged and gasketed hinged door with round viewing port on the aft bulkhead from the aft companionway. The engine room is partially insulated behind painted perforated sheathing. In the overhead on centerline is a large soft patch panel to the salon above. The engine room is well lit with AC fluorescent and DC overhead light fixtures. The deck plates are plywood sheathed in a thin diamond plate aluminum panels supported on stainless steel frames. Engine room ventilation is provided by hull side vents with Munter type demisters and automatic shutdown flaps port and starboard. A Delta T automatic/manual forced air ventilationsystem provides intake air and exhaust air based on engine room depression and temperature via axial flow AC electric ducted variable speed fans. The starboard fan serves as intake; the port fan is exhaust. The touchscreen user interface panel for the Delta T System is located on the pilothouse helm station. The engine room is protected by a Fireboy 70-lb. automatic/manual FE241 fixed fire suppression system bottle mounted on the forward bulkhead. The system includes a ventilation fan, main engine and generator shutdown relays, and ventilation flap closures. The manual cable pull is located at the starboard salon window box just forward of the bar.

The engine room is monitored by fore and aft mounted bilge high level alarms and a forward mounted remote actuated closed circuit television camera. Engine room bilge pumping is provided by forward and aft mounted 24-volt DC submersible Rule 3,700-gallon per hour bilge pumps on float switches and by the emergency bilge suction off the manifold serviced by the manual diaphragm bilge pump and by a belt driven manually clutched Jabsco impeller pump off the front of the port main engine.

MARINE SANITATION DEVICE:

Under the bunk in the aft port stateroom is a Headhunter Tidal Wave U.S. Coast Guard certified Type II marine sanitation device and Headhunter OZ1 ozone generator. The blower, chlorine reservoir, and chlorine injection peristaltic pump are all located in the aft steering compartment. 

LAZARETTE STEERING COMPARTMENT 

The lazarette steering compartment is accessed by a lift up hatch and steps centerline aft in the aft companionway or via a hinged hatch in the bottom of the captain's cabin hanging locker. This space is fully painted and well lit with overhead spotlighting. Ventilation is provided by (2) 24-volt DC ducted blowers. The steering components consist of 4" stainless steel rudderstocks run in bronze ports with Tides dripless seals on VHT exhaust hose extensions. The upper stock is supported by bronze bushings on welded stainless steel shelf through-bolted on the main longitudinals in the steering compartment. Bronze keeper collars are fitted above and below. Clamp and lock bolted to each squared rudderstock is a stainless steel welded tiller arm with a stainless steel one-piece adjustable tie bar between. The tie bar end fittings are clevis type. To the starboard tiller is a Sea Star double acting hydraulic ram. To the port tiller is a Sea Star combination double acting ram and servo unit. A Simrad rudder feedback unit is fitted to the port tiller arm. The ram end fittings are heim type joints. The system is plumbed in bent copper tubing with high pressure hose extensions.
