Mariposa is a 40m triple deck luxury motor yacht featuring a modern, clean lined interior and beautiful use of natural materials. She accommodates up to ten guests in five staterooms including a full beam master cabin on the main deck with two VIP and two twin guestrooms below.
Her steel hull and superstructure are powered through the water by two MTU M70 engines with an impressive 3500nm range making Mariposa an exciting ocean going vessel.
Overview

Interior
The main salon is filled with natural light. The use of American Walnut, high quality leather, granite and brushed stainless steel with minimal use of textures gives an asymmetrical balance and amplifies the space of Mariposa. A large, well-equipped cocktail bar services the main salon and with easy access along the port side to a spacious galley, the salon provides a comfortable yet elegant setting to host dinner parties.
The modern design continues throughout the yacht with leather hand-railed stairs leading down the starboard side to the guest rooms on the lower deck.
Accommodation
Entering the master stateroom on the main deck there is a small office area with desk on the outboard side and a cleverly disguised walk-in closet opposite. The stateroom has a flush mounted TV, Bose surround sound, two person sofa and en-suite granite bathroom that features a large rain shower.
Each stateroom has a full entertainment system and recessed lighting gives each bed a floating appearance.
Two aft queen cabins with ensuite bathroom containing showers toilet and bidet, marble throughout. Each has a couch facing the TV on the outboard side and a work desk underneath the TV.

Skylounge
Aft of the pilot house is a large sky lounge with cocktail bar, day head and wide windows create an idyllic panoramic view.

Galley

Crew quarters
Crew lounge for 6, forward to port is a double captain’s cabin with toilet and shower ensuite.

Walking up the stairs from the lobby leads to the pilot house and small captain’s office. Both equipped with state of the art communication, navigation and technical equipment.

All 3 exterior decks are laid with high quality teak.
On the main deck there is a comfortable wrap around seat for 6 with light, bamboo colored cushions.
The Upper deck can be tailored with bespoke furnishing to an al fresco style whilst the sundeck with 4 person Jacuzzi is the ideal area to relax and soak up the Summer sun.
The Davit is located on the foredeck.

Remarks
Mariposa was built in 2012 but only commissioned in 2014; the Seller had decided not to add any loose furniture both inside and out giving the opportunity for the new buyer to have carte blanche in decorating this yacht in their own personal style and taste.
