70' Azimut Motor Yacht ALFOZ

The 70' Azimut Motor Yacht ALFOZ is an extremely low hour Azimut, it is a world class motor yacht competent and capable of world traveling. It's owners are exceptionally discerning world travelers and only use the boat when vacationing in Miami several times a year. 

Alfoz has been outfitted with many upgrades, with Azimut Yachts finest options and continually upgraded with intelligent aftermarket options. Alfoz is currently the only 70 in the US equipped and marketed with Two ASEA frequency converters while not needed while operating in US waters. 

Powered with dependable twin 1360 HP MAN Commonrails that have just been serviced 11/2015 by a local dealer and twin 20kw stacked Kohler Gen sets in quiet boxed serviced 11/2015 and Xenta Docking System  with upgraded  Joy Stick Controls 02/2016. Additional options also included are twin updated Sea Keeper 7000 Gyro Stabilizers, 6 Blue Underwater Lights, she is self­-sufficient for extensive Bahamas/Caribbean/European/Cruising including an AVON 320 Jet Tender that is sleek and fast.

WALK THROUGH

It should be noted that "ALFOZ" has been maintained to a very high standard and is always ready to move at a moment's notice.

SALON

Entering the Salon you will immediately notice the highest quality fixtures and fittings. There is a Silk Rug on top of the Bound carpet which makes the entrance very inviting. The forward and to aft facing  open leather seating areas with large draw storage permit a large sophisticated conversation area that offers a positive elegance that is soft and livable. The starboard side receives three movable ottomans that convert to movable tables, the backrest raises and lowers to provide complete views from the over sized windows. The windows feature electric blinds with the matching fabric on the rear salon Tri Frame Stainless Steel Opacmare doors. The port side of the salon encompasses the salon entertainment system consisting of a 46" Sharpe Flat screen TV that  raises and lowers electrically, a BOSE Lifestyle Stereo Surround Sound System with cube speakers and a sub woofer, Mini Mac Apple Computer, KVH Direct TV Receiver, Apple Television. The entertainment area also features a storage cabinet and 3 draw storage on both sides. Attached but forward facing drawers are home to customized AZIMUT set of crockery including cups, dishes, bowls and glassware.  

DINETTE

Moving forward is the galley to starboard and the formal dining table to port with one 4 person sofa on the left of the table. 

LOWER HELM

Azimut Motronica Multi­function display provides several pages of Alarms, Electrical System, Trip Necessities, Water Systems, Bilge System, and Automatic Trim Control, MAN Engine indicators Marine gauges, Two  Sea Keeper M7000  Control Pads and displays. Jabsco Remote controlled spot light, Dual Electric Treben Chocolate Leather Helm Seats, Adjustable Leather steering wheel, Quick Anchor windlass control with chain meter counter. Magnetic compass, Emergency Control Box, Xenta Joystick, Manual switch for trim tabs in case you want to overide the Automatic .  Joystick for wipers/ washers,   Fire boy Fire Controls, Ignition  Keys with push button starts  ZF electronic Engine and Transmission shifters, electrically operated side window, 2 Ray Marine G150 Black Box MFDs featuring GPS and Radar, Ray Marine Log + speedometer and SIRIUS Weather Radio, Ray Marine digital depth finders at each helm, Azimut Motronica whole ships monitor with control Knob and display at lower helm with an integrated Automatic trim System and allowing vessel to more than 5% out of trim, Ray Marine 6002 autopilot, RayMarine Autopilot,  RayMarine 240 VHF Radio with remote speaker. FLY BRIDGE

Access to the flybridge is via Nemo spring loaded safety hatch leads to the Massive Flybridge Area  with  stainless venturi windshield, Fully equipped  helm station,  Large  forward sun pad area  Comfortable helm seating for two with multifunction seat back and under seat storage, Wet bar with sink, electric grill, ice maker and refrigerator, Teak decking, U shaped seating for 8 with  under seat storage,  designated trash storage in wet bar front,  large natural teak table and stainless base. Station for hand held remote 12v spotlight.

The Flybridge helm includes:  ZF Engine electronic shifter and throttles controls– Quick Anchor windlass control with Chain Counter, 12V Receptacle­ Trim tab controls, New 2016 Xentra Joy Stick Controls. MAN Engine Instrumentation, Single Trumpet Air horn, navigation light controls,  Ray Marine G Series Radar/ Plotter Ray Marine ST6002 Auto Pilot­ Ray Marine RAY240 VHF Ray Marine ST60 Depth/ Speed­Rudder angle indicator,  Steering wheel control.  Jabsco  Electric searchlight control – U shaped seating for 8 with large natural teak table and stainless base, Fusion Stereo /AM/FM/MP3 and 2 Sony speakers.

Hard Top with retractable stamoid center sun roof with stainless steel ribs, ACR  E­PIRB, Two Revere Coastal 6 person SOLAS approved life rafts featuring Three year repack intervals, 3  stainless and mesh sun chaise lounge chairs.

FORE, AFT AND SIDE DECKS

Moving from the Aft deck forward on the Starboard side is Galley access through the watertight NEMO door, Optional Teak decking on all walkways and aft deck, Recessed port and starboard deck fuel fills, deck mounted  fresh  water fill and black water pump out on side walkways. An emergency Fire pump with 70 Ft of hose is located in Anchor locker.

The bow features the Lofrans anchor windless/capstan and brake, foot controls and chain wash down, Recessed safety anchor chain  access through the hull to the Anchor, 2 windshield wipers with fresh water washers on the fore windshield, Anchor chain compartment with side by side deck hatches, Large recessed sun pad with rails and drink holders, Side and windshield mesh covers, stainless bow rails, teak decking, Opacmare 3 door salon access door, Single door access to crew quarters and engine room, Dimmable Aft Deck Overhead Lighting, Port and Starboard aft capstan snubbing  winches, Storage compartments, stainless steel safety gates, Natural teak table with stainless base, exterior battery switches and comfortable  U shaped seating.

OWNERS PRIVATE MASTER STATE ROOM

This lower level and very private Master Stateroom would normally be reserved for a much larger yacht. This stateroom takes you to a very special private get away that is very elegant, yet soft with all the finest bespoke creature comforts. The oversized and extremely comfortable walk around Queen island bed with under bed storage, plus a hidden safe, will provide a good night’s sleep.The port and starboard massive four pane side windows deliver a very open, bright yet comfortable feeling and provides a thrill while traveling through the seas at speed. Two opening portholes on both port and starboard, provide cross ventilation when the AC is not needed.

Drift away into super soft plush leather seating and relax while seated overlooking the water at the starboard side conversation niche with the leather topped table that converts to a mirrored make up area. Large full length walk in wardrobe, Chest of drawers and folding full length mirror. Exceptional drawer storage cabinet.

Entertainment center includes Wall Mounted 40” Sharpe 1080 Flat Screen TV with Direct TV Receiver and Apple TV, BOSE 123 Surround Sound System.
