Overview

BLACKCAT 50 is an entirely new superyacht platform, setting the standard in large cruising catamarans. This will be the largest carbon fibre catamaran and the fastest sailing superyacht ever built, with a predicted top speed of 30+ knots. The concept has been created by a collaboration of world renowned specialists including sailor and multihull specialist Mitch Booth and Malcolm McKeon Yacht Design. Blackcat 50 will be constructed by Baltic Yachts in Prepreg carbon, with a rig & sails package developed and optimised by North Sails and Southern Spars. 

The ultimate in single deck living, the yacht features 620m² of open exterior areas and 320m² of interior space, a walkthrough living experience on a scale never before seen on the water. Interiors by m2 atelier are in the style of a New York loft, with glass wrapped overheads adding space and light. Fully engineered, the project is ready to begin build upon signing with an expected delivery time of 30-36 months.
