The 323 Beneteau has 6' 5" max headroom, in the cabin, with overhead skylights and several opening ports and deck hatches. Great design for family cruising or Wednesday night club racing. "NEW HORIZON" has a forward cabin with a berth that is 6'10" by 4'6" in a V shape.The aft cabin is very large for a 32 ft boat with a 6'7" by 6'5". berth.
