Overview

Bertram Yachts, often touted as the 'Gold Standard,' have been formidable cruisers and sport fisherman since the start in 1960. 'Business,' is no exception.
The indomitable 390 Convertible had a 7-year run starting in 2000. Built like tanks, the Feretti-designed boats had European design touches paired with solid American workmanship. 'Business,' was built for speed and comfortable crusing and exemplifies not only pride of ownership, but the build quality of the bristol Bertram brand.
This Bertram 390 will take all that you can give it, and more. Whether it be a quick jaunt to the Gulf Stream for tuna, or a day anchored with the family listening to tunes, 'Business,' will get you there quickly, safely, and in style. Business has never been fished on, and has been maintained to the highest level of quality by marine tradesman since new. With custom touches all around, such as the stainless Marquipt spiral bridge steps, this Bertram 390 is unlike any other on the water.

2005 BERTRAM 390 CONVERTIBLE WALKTHROUGH

As you board 'Business,' from the transom door, you step into the very generous cockpit that has room enough for all your fishing gear, or several lounge chairs depending on your utilization. Adjacent to the main entry door, are built-in fish prep stations and large freezer under very heavy duty hinged compartments. Traveling toward the bridge, and up the custom designed stainless Marquipt spiral stairs, you have impeccably preserved EZ2CY windows that encapsulate 3/4 of the helm. The well-instrumented helm has two captain's chairs, and there is seating for 3-4 people forward of the helm station. Entrance into the main salon is made through a hydraulic-hinged door that can remain closed or will lock in the open position for hands-free access inside. Immeditely to starboard is the electric panel, and console for the television. To port is an L-shaped settee with ample storage for all your gear. Of special note on the 390 Convertible, is a well-hidden overhead compartment in the salon just off to the starboard side that will stash several large fishing poles. Amidship starboard, is another L-shaped settee that surrounds a beautiful hardwood table. The galley is down, and offset to port. It is equipped with lots of storage  for any and all kitchen gadgets you may want to keep onboard. The current owner stows away a home-sized convection oven below for preparing meals for the local yacht club. Just forward of the galley offset to port is the head and shower. To starboard is the guest stateroom, which has two side-by-side berths. In the bow you will find the master stateroom. Storage is ample in the master stateroom, and it is finished top to bottom in high-quality hardwood. Access to the Volvo-powered engine room is through a door left and outside of the main entry door, or through removal of the floor hatches in the salon.
