Overview
Will consider trade of smaller 55' - 65' yacht. ex JEFFERSON BEACH is a fine example of the traditional raised pilothouse motor yacht with the country kitchen created by the matriarch of the Denison family. The volume of this layout lends itself equally to hosting large parties or entire family getaways. 12V92 Detroit Diesel engines with approximately 750 hours. She has spent many summers in fresh water in the Great Lakes and is now offered for sale. APRIL 2015 just completed a fresh bottom job with Propspeed on the driveline.

Walkthrough
Three staterooms including a full beam master stateroom, VIP with queen berth, and twin stateroom are all aft and lower in the most comfortable and quiet part of the yacht. The main salon is voluminous with a 360 degree view of the water and easy access to the aft deck where a half moon wet bar compliments the spacious seating area. The forward part of the salon hosts the dining table. Forward on the main deck is the country kitchen with the galley at the forward end. The crews quarters are forward and below with a queen island berth at the V and a double berth aft of this and to starboard. The engine room is aft of the crews quarters and accessed by a watertight door. The flybridge has two captains helm chairs and a settee with table. An island bar has a Genn Air, sink, and refrigerator. The boat deck aft on the flybridge has a 1500 pound davit and spare propellers.
