Overview

Owner has health issues and can't even walk down the dock. The boat was just surveyed in Sept. '14 and found some deck issues but probably fixable to the right buyer. Again, the present owner is physically unable so it's sold "as is/where is" situation at 29K down from 45K.

Accommodations

The boat has a roomy & airy salon that has a dinette arrangement to port that can make down into a double. There is single berth to starboard. The ample galley is to port to the end of the salon. The helm station is to starboard featuring a sliding door to deck walkways. Upgraded LED lighting throughout. 10 gallon engine take off water heater & Bosch propane hot water heater. Bus heater besides gravity feed diesel heater. The interior has been very well kept.

Galley

Good sized l-shaped galley area featuring plenty of storage. 4 burner stove and oven. Electric/propane fridge. Double S/S sinks. 

Cockpit

Sliding teak door to the salon w/bug screen. There is a sink storage on the port side and flip up cockpit table. The area is a enclosed canvas cover. S/S propane kettle BBQ. Cockpit shower. 

Boat Highlights

Teak rail caps and s/s railing work. Full canvas aft (3 year old) & a bimini on the bridge. Full winter cover as well. Well kept in the interior. Full history from the owner who has owned for 20 years that is beyond the scope of this listing. More photos that are also beyond of this listing.

Remarks
