Overview


The present 2nd owner has had her since 2005. The helm console was recently painted light grey to help prevent glare on the electronics. The cabin features the teak and holy sole upgrade. Very low hours make this 35 Cabo an attractive package. Owner moving to aircraft and wants offers. Easy to see. This 2000 hull has the newly designed hull for softer entry.

Accommodations

The vessell is easily boarded from the wide cockpit gunwal or the large swim platform. The roomy cockpit features port and starboard tackle centers, teak inlay pedestal table, built in fish box, transom live well and bench seating over the engine boxes. The flybridge is accessed from the SS bridge ladder. The large helm boasts duel Furuno NavNets and a host of other electronics and navigation to aid the captain. The duel helm seats provided an excellent 360 degree view of your travel adventure. Other bridge highlights include a fiberglass hard top, four side enclosure, large forward bench seat and abundant storage. When entering the main cabin you will see a well layed out arrangement. The galley is located port side forward. Some galley equipment includes, all teak cabinets, Avonite countertops, SS double sink, and a full complement of galley appliances. Behind the galley is an L-Shaped leather settee. Across to starboard is a very large U-Shaped leather settee. A teak table with a duel pedestal support can be converted to an additional berth. The overhead is finished in a light vinyl with recessed lighting. The salon sole has a teak and holly upgrade. Forward of the starboard settee is the entertainment center with a Sharp 24' flat screen TV attached to the satellite TV receiver. Additional salon appointments include, tinted window treatments, new window blinds, and numerous storage areas.

Moving forward 3 steps down brings you to the forward companionway with access to the guest staterooms to port. Across is the enclosed head and the master all the way forward. The guest stateroom has over/under single berths. Other guest features are 2 port holes, reading lights, teak accents and air conditioning vent. The head is equipped with a Vac-U-Flush system. A large enclosed shower stall, SS sink and teak cabinets complement the arrangement.

The master stateroom has a large raised Island Queen berth. Several teak cabinets and drawers provide ample storage. A Toshiba flat panel TV with built in CD player is integrated with the satellite receiver. the deck hatch provides abundant natural light and is fitted with a privacy screen. Other features include, reading lights, fan, teak and holly sole along with an air conditioning outlet.
