OVERVIEW AND WALK THROUGH

'ACALA' has traveled extensively since being delivered both in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Mexico and the Pacific. Her shore power converters and substantial tender make her a true global cruiser with her full displacement, steel hull & 4,500nm range.

'ACALA' comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests in en-suite 5 cabins + crew accommodations for 7 including a captain's cabin on the upper deck which is rare for a 100ft yacht. The guest cabins are all located on the lower deck with crew cabins forward of the galley on the main deck. 

Both her main salon and sky lounge have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that can be completely moved to the side thus combining interior & exterior spaces into one. Inviting furniture, custom interior decor, brass fixtures, and large windows give her an inviting feel.

The owner is focused on spending the majority of time outside and in the water which is why the lazarette area is a custom dive area with storage for masks/fins/wetsuits/multiple Sea Bobs with the highlight being a Nitrox dive compressor. Quick connect dive tanks fill station on the swim platform and hydraulic dive platform allow easy access into the water both when you are in just a bathing suit or in a full wetsuit & cbd.

She has a best in class sundeck with full bar, bbq, jacuzzi, lounge area & dining/sitting area. 

Both the aft deck and upper aft deck space has formal dining spaces with tables that seat up to 12 guests.

She has been professionally maintained since new with a full time crew. 

Privately owned her entire life she would also do extremely well on the charter market.

INTERIOR REFIT PROPOSAL

We have multiple requests by potential clients inquiring about changing the interior decor and 'sweet gum' wood paneling throughout the interior of the yacht. The last 4 photos in the brochure showcase an example of what can be completed during a refit. Estimated costs by CdM Shipyard has been €250-350,000 depending on the fabrics & materials chosen by the client. 

A very easy solution and not expensive to completely customize her as your own.
