Overview
Just Listed - Model bow, steel hull Tug Boat. Ready to be converted to a Live Aboard, repaired for reuse or for salvage. Possibilities are endless as the hull is still in great shape
Potential Live Aboard
She is 90 feet long and 27 feet wide and draws 12 feet of water.. New owners could possibly take out the large main engine and sell it for the cost of the purchase price of the tug. By taking out the large engine, new owners can place a sunken living room with stove. A small engine to transit port to port could be installed along with a small bow thruster for docking in tight places.
Repair & Recommission
All is in place except the clutches need to be repaired (estimated to be $25,000.00 usd). She needs dry docking in next year to paint bottom.
Salvage
Salvage of the electronics and machinery in addition to removal and sale of the large main engine and generators would pay for the cost of purchase.
