Cutwater is known for being feature packed for a boat of this size. Stepping into her cabin you are greeted by teak and holly flooring, a spacious galley to port and large dinette to starboard. The galley is equipped with propane range and oven, fridge, sink, and wine fridge. The midship stateroom has sleeping for two. Dinette also folds into sleeping for two. Forward stateroom doubles as an additional entertaining space with a wet bar and microwave. The enclosed head features shower, vessel sink, and electric flush marine head.

Equipped with a reliable Volvo D4 260HP diesel with only 826 hours, the Cutwater 28 can run efficiently at hull speed or step up on plane to achieve around 22 knots. Fuel capacity is 100 gallons, 40 gallons for fresh water, and 30 gallons for holding tank. Easy docking made possible with bow and stern thrusters.
