Overview
Well made and great sailing characteristics make the Ericson 35 one of Bruce Kings most successful designs. This one has a been a family cruiser for many years and they are retiring from sailing. She has been well maintained. Call to see her in the water and ready to go.
Accommodations;
V-berth forward with filler and dressing seat with outboard shelves, hanging lockers and storage cabinets to starboard, enclosed head with 2 entrances to port. Next aft has a settee to starboard and convertible U-shaped dinette to port, the galley is aft to starboard and the navigation station and quarter berth to port.
The sole is teak and holly, teak bulkheads and joiner work finish the interior.
There are 7 opening ports and 4 fixed lights with curtains, 3 overhead hatches and dorade boxes for ventilation.
