To the best of our knowledge, the world has never seen a project like the one you are about to read about - and it very well may never see one like it again. The yacht is ARCADIA. She is a 1969 102' Feadship, and the very first Feadship to cross the Atlantic on her own bottom. Led by a "Who's Who" of Feadship experts, her four-year refit project has cost $12 and utterly transformed this three-stateroom vessel. ARCADIA has been re-powered with re-built CAT 3196 engines, and outfitted with brand-new, best-of-the-best systems & equipment - including her generators, air-conditioning, water system, and electronics. The woodwork, fixtures, and electrical system on the yacht are a testament to what money, unrivaled expertise, cutting-edge technology, and the human imagination can accomplish. This Feadship's interior is 85%-90% complete; her exterior will require a paint job. The additional refit work needed to complete this project has been estimated at $2 million and 6 months of work. ARCADIA's next owner will intuitively understand that the cost of acquiring this yacht, and finishing the refit work, is remarkably modest.
