Broker Remarks
LADERA is a very well maintained example of the GB46 Europa that’s been used seasonally in New England. She runs along nicely at displacement speeds up to a 13kt cruise and 15kt+ top end. Her two stateroom layout affords cruising privacy for couples or kids of all ages. Handling is predicable around the dock thanks to her bow thruster and a dedicated Marquipt tender davit makes launching the new tender quick and easy. LADERA is in very nice condition and one of the nicest Grand Banks her listing broker has seen. For sale due to her owners desire for a larger vessel.
