Anacahuita II may be entered from either side of the pilothouse as well as from the large sport deck. Inside the pilothouse, a privacy door leads to the full galley with all new appliances, granite counter tops and new teak & holly flooring. Adjacent, a large U-shaped dinette on the starboard side is open to the salon.

Taking full advantage of the wide beam, the salon features an oversized L-shaped sofa with integrated sleeper bed, end tables, side chairs and a pop-up flat screen TV. Professionally decorated, all soft goods, furniture, and window treatments are new. Aft of the salon is the sport deck, also with new furniture, sliding side windows and teak & holly floor. The starboard side stairs are curved and lead to the lower deck and fiberglass swim platform.

The master stateroom, accessed from the salon via a private staircase, features a large king size berth, the very popular his & her head and shower arrangement, a walk-in closet and vanity with TV and deck.

Forward in the pilothouse is the stairway to the guest staterooms. Below, the lower deck landing offers a washer/dryer and day head, shared by the forward VIP stateroom that offers a queen centerline berth, hanging locker, and plenty of drawers. The third stateroom, also on the first landing, provides over & under berths and private head & shower. Aft is the full beam main VIP stateroom with a queen island berth, twin hanging lockers, and ensuite head/shower/tub.

The flybridge is accessed from the pilot house and provides large U-shaped seating, twin helm chairs, a radar arch and new Bimini Top.

Exterior
FLYBRIDGE:
The flybridge is accessed from the pilothouse via a staircase with non-skid surface step treads, stainless steel hand rails and large two-part exit hatch for easy access. It is secured by a hinged Plexiglas top and lockable door. Extremely spacious, this area is the result of Hatteras Yachts’ newly designed bridge that has been extended and widened. The centerline helm, forward, has excellent visibility all around and easy access to console instruments and equipment lockers beneath. A Bimini top and full width radar arch are overhead. A large, cushioned U-shaped lounge with storage compartments beneath is built-in around the aft perimeter. Behind the two helm seats is a spacious storage area with room for a large refrigerator. Aft of the seating area is the boat deck with lower profile davit, chocks and Novurania dinghy.

MAIN DECK/PILOTHOUSE:
The pilothouse offers excellent 180-degree visibility, with three-panel forward windshields fitted with heavy duty washers and wipers. The helm area features an upholstered electronics cabinet with full electronics, a new upholstered flat surface area and overhead cabinets of additional electronics. A large upholstered riding seat sits above 2 large chart drawers and to starboard of two storage lockers. New simulated teak & holly flooring extends into the galley. On the starboard side, stairs to the flybridge give easy access to the large widened and extended bridge. Beneath the stairs is a large storage locker.

Sliding doors on both sides of the pilothouse give access to the side decks and working foredeck. The bow area has wraparound stainless steel railings and Hatteras fiberglass anchor pulpit with windlass. A cushioned bow seat with storage beneath is built into the forward recess of the superstructure. A cushioned bow pad is added for lounging.

Main saloon
Light oak woods and large side windows in the spacious salon take full advantage of the yacht’s wide beam to create an expansive feel and excellent sea views. Freshly and professionally decorated, it is furnished with new carpet, new valances, new rope lighting and new soft shades on the large windows. To port is a large custom L-shaped sectional sofa upholstered in beige fabric with integrated queen bed, 1 large side chair, end tables, and a wicker chair. Starboard is a custom cabinet with an electronically raised and lowered 46” HD Samsung 3 D TV. The windows are fixed and frameless with tinted safety glass. 12V and 120V fixtures illuminate the room, which also offers 120V power outlets, telephone outlets and stereo speakers.

Master cabin and bathroom
Anacahuita II offers the much-preferred layout of the private MASTER suite aft with ensuite his/her heads divided by a large Jacuzzi tub and shower. The centerline king sized berth is flanked by port and starboard built-in bureaus that afford excellent drawer storage. Additional linen drawers are beneath the master berth. A vanity and occasional chair are opposite the large, walk-in cedar closet. Opening portlights, 2 port and 2 starboard, are fitted with soft shades and matching upholstered valances. A Mitsubishi 20" TV, Clarion AM/FM stereo and recessed speakers complete the comfortable and serene space. The decor and all soft goods are new.

VIP cabin and bathroom
The VIP stateroom is accessed from the pilothouse companionway, as are the two additional guest staterooms. A walk-around queen bed with quilted head board extends from a mirrored bulkhead. Built-in bedside stands are port and starboard. A built-in 6-drawer bureau and a cedar hanging closets on either side of the stateroom provide excellent storage. Portside of the closet is a built-in TV. The ensuite head is decorated with tile floors and Corian countertop and offers a Jacuzzi tub with shower. The decor and all soft goods are new.

Guest cabin and bathroom 1
Forward to port is a bunk stateroom with over & under berths, ample drawer and cedar locker storage and ensuite head and stall shower. The decor and all soft goods are new.

Guest cabin and bathroom 2
All the way forward is the fourth stateroom, furnished with a tapered queen sized berth with upholstered head board and mirrored bulkhead, a small TV to port, built-in 4 drawer bureau, and cedar hanging locker. An overhead hatch with screen provides natural light and ventilation. Indirect, overhead, and individual reading lights further illuminate the room. The ensuite head with Corian countertop and stall shower also serves as the day head via a separate hallway door. The decor and all soft goods are new.

Galley
The well-equipped, full size galley is aft and to port from the pilothouse. A large and comfortable dinette is adjacent. Open and readily accessible to the dinette and main salon (aft), the galley is U-shaped, with under counter sinks outboard to port and windows above. The newly replaced countertops are granite with cabinets above and below. Lighting is both overhead and indirect from beneath the upper cabinets. All appliances are new KitchenAid with stainless steel finish.

The U-shaped dinette offers comfortable seating space for 5-6 persons and also has a new granite top and upholstered seating. Natural light is afforded through the windows outboard of the dinette or by overhead fixtures.
