Overview

The Johnson 70 Pilothouse Motor Yacht is unique as it features an Aft Cabin Master Stateroom with a private staircase on 73' Euro-Style yacht. Most Euro-Style yachts have the Master Stateroom amidships putting the owner in close proximity to the guest cabins. This yacht features a beautiful High-Gloss Cherry Wood interior finish. The swim platform is oversized to accommodate the Novurania DL365 tender powered by a Yamaha 40HP ouytboard. When the tender is removed from the swim platform it is wide and long enough to accommodate lounge chairs to create your personal Beach Club. Designed by the renown Naval Architect Bill Dixon this is magnificent 4 Stateroom Sport Motor Yacht with distinctive styling. Powered by twin Caterpillar 3412E Diesels at 1400HP each the Johnson 70 Pilothouse Motor Yacht is set up for comfortable cruising. There are 4 Staterooms and 4 Heads for the owners and their guests to accommodate a party of eight. On the foredeck there is a separate crew cabin. The yacht has many interior and exterior areas for entertaining both small or large groups whether dining or conversation over cocktails. Always captain maintained the yacht is in amazing condition.

Salon

A touch of your fingertip will open the electric tinted glass doorway from the Aft Deck to the Main Salon. A comfortable settee provides a great conversation area over a beautiful cherry wood coffee table or alternately a wonderful lounging area across from the TV and entertainment center. The combination of natural light and warm wood tones provide a gracious and hospitable ambience in this spacious salon. The carpeting, furniture and fabrics are all in superb condition throughout the entire vessel.

Galley

One step up from the Salon and to Starboard is a most attractive and well designed Galley which allows the chef to prepare a meal and still be part of the social action. To port is an open dining area with room for six guests to cheer on the chef and sing for their supper. A full size two door Refrigerator/Freezer blends allows room for plenty of perishables to be stored. the galley with it's outstanding views is equipped with a Dishwasher, Sink, Trash Compactor, Convection-Microwave Oven and a concealed Electric Cooktop under the Granite Counter Tops. Every bit of space has been well utilized for storage. To Starboard is a watertight door.

Master Stateroom

A private staircase aft of the Salon leads down to the magnificent Master Suite. A California King Size Bed doesn't even come close to crowding the room. All the cabinetry is finished in High Gloss Cherry Wood Veneer. The master Suite ha san elegant feel and has an aft hatch and port lights to starboard and port to allow in plenty of natural light and all can be opened for fresh air ventilation. There is a sliding mirror that conceals the aft hatch. There is a TV built into a Starboard Cabinet which can be swung open to reveal a small refrigerator for cold drinks. The Master Bathroom has Granite Countertops detailed with Cherry Wood. There is an oversized Shower Stall. The Portside of the Master Suite is where the large lockable Walk-in Wardrobe is located.

Guest Staterooms 1 & 2

Forward of the Pilothouse is the stairway leading down to the Guest Staterooms. Guest Stateroom 1 is to port and has two side-by-side single berths. The Guest Bath has a separate shower stall. To Starboard is Guest Stateroom 2 which has single upper and lower berths with a private Guest Bath.

VIP Stateroom

Below and forward is the full beam VIP with Queen Size Centerline Berth. The private VIP Bathroom has a large shower stall. The room is warm and inviting and has been thoughtfully decorated.
