Overview

LIQUID ASSET is a fine example of the popular Lazzara Grand Salon Skylounge. Boasting enormous living space that rivals boats over 80', smooth, extremely quiet operation and ease of handling, a stable, sea worthy platform and recent refit work totaling over 100K, she will be an excellent boat for her next owner as a coastal cruiser, liveaboard or with her dual generators and water maker she will make a fine long range cruiser if the islands are on your horizon.

A very spacious salon, a country kitchen design that makes the galley a gathering place, spacious crews quarters that easily act as 4th and 5th en suite guest cabins if preferred, an office area, bar, entertainment center and spacious guest cabins including a full beam master all make LIQUID ASSET a very versatile vessel. Of course the sky lounge with office desk, settee and its own flat screen TV offers yet another private, quiet seating area as well as an excellent vantage point while navigating.

A partial list of recent work includes:

Added FLIR MD-324 Fixed-Mount system (2013 - $3800)

New tubes on Novurania inflatable tender (2013 - $5,000)

New exhaust risers (2013 - $12,000)

Top end rebuilds on both port and starboard engines (2013)

Starboard engine full rebuild (2016)

New Zodiac low profile USCG life raft (2013 - $4400)

Interior refit work (2013/2014 - $60,000)

Bottom job - completely taken down, new barrier coat and paint (01/17 - $23,000)

Teak deck refinishing (03/17 - $6,000)

Overview

When the current owners purchase LIQUID ASSET in the spring of 2013, they brought her home to Sarasota and commenced with a significant interior refit performed by a professional interior designer including new soft goods, new carpet throughout, headliners, accent pieces... the list goes on.

With a recent detail, teak decks being refinished, and a brand new bottom job which included a sandblasting, new barrier coat and new paint just in January of 2017, she's ready to move on to her next owners in proper condition.

With three guest staterooms, including a full-beam master, and fully finished and outfitted 2-stateroom crews quarters, complete with office space, this 5-stateroom yacht can accompany numerous guests in complete comfort. The space aboard belies the size of the vessel, especially when taking into account the added interior space of the Skylounge, which with it's own couch, desk and TV can act as another private oasis for anyone looking for a little quiet time or as an office in it's own right.

Some of the more recent work includes:

Complete engine and generator interval service (03/17)

Two new Onan 23KW generators (2012)
