Port and starboard staterooms each have double berths and their own ensuite head.

Centrally located in the VIP suite is a washer and dryer.

The crew quarters are positioned forward at the bow, with access from the galley.

There is one single captain's cabin and one double bunk cabin. Each cabin has their own ensuite head.

The crew quarters is also plumbed for a washer and dryer.

A total of nine guests are able to sleep aboard comfortably.

The interior features a complete refit with numerous updates.

Restoration and Maintenance

Liquid Asset previous owners purchased her in 2013 and commenced with a significant interior refit performed by a professional interior designer including new soft goods, new carpet throughout, headliners, accent pieces and whatever they needed to make her theirs.

When her current owners purchased her in 2019 they proceeded with the same objective of making her theirs.

She had good bones when purchased in 2019 and any survey items have been addressed.

The only real interior effort needed was to focus on the heads, air condition and electronics.
There was work performed on the exterior and mechanical operations including the following:

  • Stabilizer Service
  • Bottom Painting
  • Swim Platform Restoration
  • Underwater Lighting Service
  • Engines Service
  • Davit Service
A complete list of invoices are available for interested prospects following an in-person walkthrough.

The last item on her owner's checklist is a total boat painting. That is currently ongoing.

Please call for more information.

Brokers Comment

Her current owner purchased her in 2019 but due to the current travel restrictions, she has not been used as planned. The last two years were spent bringing her to their standards.

Yes, she could use new carpet or flooring but she shows just like the pictures indicate.

Call for more information and schedule a showing.
