The 113'2/34.5m Maiora 35DP motor yacht "Theo" was built by Maiora at their Massarossa shipyard in Italy in 2009.
Maiora is responsible for her superior engineering as well as for her elegant interior design.
Construction & Dimensions:
THEO features a planning GRP hull and a GRP superstructure, with teak decks.

Performance:
Powered by 3 MTU (16V2000 M93) 2,399hp diesel engines, motor yacht THEO is capable of a top speed of 46 knots, and she comfortably cruises at an exhilarating 38 knots. With her 22,000 litres fuel tanks, she has a maximum range of 633 nautical miles at 30 knots. Her water tanks store around 3,800 litres of fresh water.
Maintenance and Technical State:
THEO was completely repainted in 2015.
Since that time, minor repairs have been made and some areas have been repainted again.
Also in 2015, a three-engine endoscopy was performed by the MTU Portugal.
In 2019 the three jets were dismantled at the Monaco Marine shipyard; the bearings, the seals, the high-pressure oil lines were changed, and the jets were repainted.
All the pumps, the maneuvering system, the jet propulsion units, the engines, and the generators have been overhauled and maintained in excellence state, electrical system and batteries have been well maintained as well.
The 10-year survey was successfully completed.
THEO has no underlying technical issues and is ready for sea trial and survey at any time.
