This 70 Maiora is gorgeous and her owner wants her sold!  She is in a single asset BVI corporation that can be sold.  She is a 1997 model built in 1996.  She is a 3 stateroom/3 head with crew berths for 3 and head forward.


Many new upgrades were completed in 2008 including complete exterior paint, new teak decks, interior wood, new electronics, soft goods, inverter, fuel polishing system, freshwater pumps, head systems, salon bar, Audiovisual equipment, lighting, passerelle, hydraulic steering, bow & stern thrusters, underwater lights.  Plus, starboard engine was rebuilt by FL Detroit Diesel and the port engine was completely serviced.

Walkthrough

Italian styling through and through, this 3 stateroom/3 head with crew is sure to impress.  Upon entry to the salon, the burlwood cabinetry and hardwood floors are stunning.  The area has u-shaped seating with recessed television and upgraded electronics.  The open galley is forward to port along with a sizable dinette to starboard.  A lower helm forward allows for navigation in all climate conditions.  Forward stairs lead to the 3 luxurious staterooms.  The Master is full beam aft with king walk-around.  The VIP is forward with Queen walk-around.  The guest stateroom is to port with twin beds and pullman berth.  Each stateroom has an en suite head and the guest stateroom head also serves as the day head.  Crew quarters are all the way forward with foredeck access.
