DECK/SUPERSTRUCTURE
DESCRIPTION
The decks are molded fiberglass with composite core. Cabin with large windows port and starboard for light. There is a 1 1/4 inch stainless steel bow rail with 1 inch stainless steel stanchions with life line around weather deck extending aft of midship. One (1) each molded fiberglass storage compartment on fore deck port and starboard. Molded fiberglass bow pulpit through bolted to deck plate.
DECK HATCHES/VENTILATION
One (1) 20” x 20” opening with locks and screen on bow topside. Serviceable.
WINDOWS/PORTS/DOORS
Black painted aluminum framed with tempered safety glass doors located aft deck, salon six windows are white painted aluminum framed with tempered safety glass. The two aft windows open for ventilation. Pilothouse windshield and side windows are white painted aluminum framed tempered safety glass with sunbrella cover. Bridge entry through pilot acrylic door, Serviceable.

FLYBRIDGE
Large open Flybridge has a L-shaped settee with storage to port and single helm seat. Wet bar to starboard with Norcold refrigerator. Access from pilothouse starboard side through acrylic hatch. Hinged radar arch. Stainless steel railing aft and electric davit with removable dinghy chocks.
COCKPIT
The cockpit is open with teak decking. Extended overhead from Flybridge. Stainless steel ladder from cockpit to access Flybridge. Large hatch in cockpit sole to access engine compartment. Molded FRP transom door for access to swim platform.

INTERIOR
DESCRIPTION
This vessel is divided by five (5) divisional non watertight bulkheads. The bulkheads are constructed of FRP. The internal longitudinal stringer system appears to be in satisfactory condition where visible and are laminated and bonded to the bottom sections of the hull. Bulkheads, partitions, tabbing and joiner work appear in good condition. The cabinets are composite paneling and the countertops are Avonite with solid trim. The overhead is vinyl liner throughout.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Three cabins, the master stateroom aft with head, port side bunk room midship, and forward stateroom with head. Large salon with seating, port side galley and pilothouse.
HEADS
Two (2) aft with shower/tub and forward with shower curtain with overboard drain.
SALON
The salon L-shaped settee starboard side with adjustable table and upholstered seating with table to port. Sub Zero side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. Entertainment center in aft facing bulkhead equipped with new flat screen tv
AIR CONDITIONING
Three (3) Marine Air AC units total. All are 16,000 BTU, located in forward cabin, master stateroom, and salon. 110 volt raw water pump with sea cock and strainer.
GALLEY
Located aft of pilothouse, composite counter top equipped with double sink and Jen-Air four burner flat top range, grill and vent fan. There is also a Down Draft Grill cartridge which can be installed when removing one of the 2 burner cartridges providing for a 2 burner cook top and a down draft inside grill. New tome blender, Bron trash compactor, Nova-cool refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Galley sole is maple and holly.
