Remarks

Built to Lloyd's specifications, JESS SEA is a very large yacht for her length with the deck and cockpit areas of a much larger yacht.  Her shoal draft of just under 7', with her boards up, make for accessibility that no other yacht in this size range has.  Practically designed for ease of sailing and with a low maintenance exterior, important things like sailing and cruising can be prioritized.

JESS SEA is a totally custom yacht throughout from her powerful rig and extremely shallow board(s) up draft, to her on deck living areas that are unlike any other sailing yacht of twice the size.  She has two centerboards - one from her keel and the other aft.

JESS SEA's very strong and totally unique positive points are:
1.  Extremely shallow draft for a sailing yacht of her size.
2.  Her outdoor living areas - from the tremendous shaded cockpit, with sheltered steering station, to her aft "sailing" station.  Additional living areas on deck include an area for seating forward of the mast and an extensive sunning area aft of the cockpit area.
3.  Her "engineer's" walk-in, stand up engine room with all machinery easily accessible
4.  Tremendous refrigeration space both for refrigeration and freezer.  Every conceivable space available goes to storage.
5.  Excellent maintenance.  Recently addressed areas (2015) include new air-conditioning chillers replaced and the entire air-conditioning system totally serviced.
6.  Refrigeration replaced end of 2014
7.  New bow thruster (twin blade) in 2015
8.  New galley induction cook top and oven in 2015
9.  2 x new hot water heaters
10. All new deck prisms in 2015
11. Main companionway air controlled and very reliable and convenient
12. Big rig and versatile sail combination ensure that a wider range of wind speeds and sailing conditions can be met with the appropriate sail combinations, not to mention a powerful engine and proprietary Hundested propeller.
13.  New bimini top, 2015

Hull and engine room built to Lloyd's specs and plans have Lloyd's seal.  Although the boat was never kept in class, this is a major indication of the quality and integrity of JESS SEA's level of construction.

Current owner built the vessel to very high safety and quality standards.  He is interested in mechanical and electrical/hydraulic systems.  All breaker panels are in very large stand up engine room and above each generator.  Owner has always had professional crew and insists on highest maintenance standards.  Preventative and scheduled maintenance is rigidly adhered to.

Immaculately maintained and ready to go, now is the time for the next adventurous owner to take over.
