Overview

Custom built in the same yard as the highly regarded Hargrave Brand of luxury yachts. Hargrave, who is a dealer for them, built several Monte Fino boats of various sizes including this one. This boat provides a buyer with a high quality custom built yacht with three full staterooms with private heads and shower. Known as the "Mini-Mega-Yacht" because of the spaciousness of design of the salon and galley with a port side lower station, Euro transom up to its large aft deck with full walk around side decks. Add the aft docking station, bow and stern thrusters, walk in stand up engine room and very comfortable fly bridge and you have a boat that is perfect for live aboard or extended cruising. 

Accommodations

Most visitors who come aboard the ‘Ocanos’ are amazed to find that the boat has three spacious staterooms - each with en suite heads and showers.  A completely separate office, at the bottom of the stairs, next to a 21 cu in Refrigerator. Two of the staterooms are located forward with the VIP in the traditional position in the bow with an island, queen-sized berth surrounded by bureaus, twin hanging lockers that provide generous storage,and an en suite head and shower. Entry to the VIP and the Third Stateroom is via an elegant foyer at the foot of the stairs from the galley and lower helm.The Master has a private entrance down stairs from the salon.

Fly Bridge

Up molded stairs to starboard, brings you to the spacious, Bimini-covered flybridge with captain’s console and a commanding view of the fore deck and bow from two polished teak-trimmed Pompanette’ helm chairs with covers. Refreshments and drinks can be comfortably enjoyed, while underway, on the curved bench seating and fold able polished cheery-wood teak table-both with covers table. To stern, there is a fully hydraulic davit, sturdy dinghy chocks, life raft case and cradle and storage for spare props. The top of the stairs can be closed off from inclement weather with a heavy-duty sliding S/S and tinted ‘Plexiglass’ slide.


Office area

Unlike most "office" spaces on yachts of this size, the office on the ‘Ocanos’ is completely separate with a generous cherry wood desk with two sets of drawers, hanging overhead cabinets, a full sized office chair and adequate power outlets.

Guest Stateroom

The Third Stateroom, with two single side by side berths and circular shower is located on the starboard side. As with the VIP and ‘Master’ it is completely self contained for maximum guest privacy with head with "Vacu-Flush" toilet, sink with Granite counter, shower, flat screen TV, wall mirrors and generous, cedar-lined storage drawers and closets. A "black water" vent filter is located in the closet.
