Overview

OVERVIEW

The Nova 39 has been developed with unique design features, combining both old and new concepts to improve function and comfort, in a way that has never been done before. The individual concepts of reverse chines, fine entry, lifting strakes, bow flair and keel pad, are already familiar in the marine industry. What sets the Nova 39 apart from its competition is the implementation of these features in addition to a new twist of the keel pad.

The cabin has 6’ 11” of headroom, facing lounges, a V berth and a standup shower.

Interior cleaning is done by simply applying a garden hose and water pressure thru out the interiors and whipped dry with cloth.

Cabin lighting is provided via LED lights attached in the center an overhead stringer that runs all the way forward starting at the main bulkhead.  The head is also properly designed, highly accommodating and enhanced by proper lighting by LED lights on top.

DECK/COCKPIT

The Nova 39 Sport deck was carefully designed to produce ample deck space to walk all around the boat.  In the cockpit steps to port and starboard make it easy and safe to go in or out of the cockpit, because of the step size and positioning.  Our other features include a circular windshield appealing to the eye but, also very functional allowing safe access to the steps in the cabin.

Engine room ventilation is also done in the cockpit, this in turn has two functions: (1) all the air going into the engine room passes over the fuel cell which is located directly under the cockpit sole.  As the air rushes to the engine room, it passes over the tank maintaining the tank/fuel at lower temperatures than other boats.  (2) The strategic placement of the air intakes cuts any likelihood of water to come in the engine room by being located inside the cockpit, and not on deck.

Pleasant lines and function ability of the deck are noted thru out the deck from any angle. This in turn provides safety features not normally found on a boat this size.

There is one large bolster to starboard accommodating the operator while a bolster to port accommodates the passengers.  The rear seat also provides comfortable seating for three additional passengers.
