2006 52’ Ocean Alexander Sedan, this model has three staterooms, two heads with stall showers, a raised galley and dinette with a 360 degree view.  "Our Ocean" is being offered by the original owner who has maintained her with an open checkbook and has the upgraded Yanmar 720 HP engines and speeds up to 28 knots. The Euro Transom stairs open onto a large molded swim platform with custom SS gates. The cockpit has molded stairway to flybridge with hard top, which can be enclosed.

Accommodations

Entering the main salon from the aft deck through a sliding door, a u-shaped settee is to port with hi-lo table and two storage ottomans below. A chair is to starboard and an entertainment center with flat screen TV, Surround Sound built into a beautiful cabinet with storage. The portside galley and starboard dinette are raised two steps up from the salon. The stairway forward and down finds the master stateroom forward with an island queen bed, with ensuite head and shower. The guest staterooms are aft of the master, a queen stateroom to port and over and under bunks to starboard which share a head and shower to port.
