Walkthrough

BLACK GOLD is an extremely well-kept Ocean Alexander 548 Pilothouse. The pristine condition of the living spaces and mechanical equipment will leave you amazed. As you board from the swim step, you’ll find new staple rails and exterior LED lighting. Moving to the cockpit the built-in BBQ and wet bar are perfect for entertaining and sure to impress. On the starboard side is a control station that is ideally placed for docking. A ladder on the port side allows for access to the flybridge. The fully equipped flybridge helm provides an excellent location for cruising in the warm weather. The bimini top provides shade for your guests. The tender can easily be launched using the new Nick Jackson electric/hydraulic davit and remote. 

As you enter the salon a spacious and comfortable L-shaped sofa is located to starboard. Additional seating is located to port. Forward is an entertainment system complete with new HDTV flatscreen TV, and integrated stereo system. The large and abundant windows throughout BLACK GOLD allow for ample sunlight. 

Moving forward and up three steps, you’ll find interior access to the flybridge on the port side. To starboard is a roomy u-shaped galley with an opening to the salon. The galley is equipped with top of the line appliances including a Kenyon electric cooktop, Amana refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, trash compactor, and Franke double sided sink. 

Port and starboard pilothouse doors allow easy access to the wide side decks. The large settee on the port side provides you and your guests a spacious area to enjoy the view while cruising or enjoy a freshly prepared meal. 

The fully equipped helm features Garmin 7616 electronics and two 15” integrated monitors with radar, plotter, and depth functions. The Robertson AP20 autopilot makes operating BLACK GOLD effortless. The frequent upgrades and maintenance will ensure smooth sailing for years to come. 

Below deck the well thought out three stateroom layout can sleep up to six. The ensuite master stateroom features a vanity, ample storage space, and entertainment system. As you exit the master stateroom there is a washer and dryer. Moving forward the ensuite VIP stateroom features a queen berth. The twin stateroom on the port side has a shared gust head. 

By far the most impressive space onboard is the engine room. Newly painted with petit high gloss white topside paint and featuring new lighting, the engine room and all mechanical equipment is easy to access and maintain.
