The 38' Out Island has been well thought out and refitted by an avid fisherman and boater who frequently visits the Bahamas with the mindset that she will run flawlessly each and every time.
Overview
2017 owner purchased the boat from a private seller and proceeded with the following: Sodablasted the bottom and painted new green boot stripe. Installed a 2nd generation Flexi Teak. 2019 installed teak covering boards and coaming pads. All Isinglass completely redone and in perfect condition. 3 New LLebrac helm chairs with ability to spin 360 degrees. New Sunbrella covers for helm installed a release 6-rod holder saddle chair. New Caterpillar C7.1 engines with new transmissions. New electrical system supporting both 12-volt and 24-volt with step chargers for 24-volt system and step charger for 12-volt system. Charging to Generator battery and Generator to charging system. Both port and starboard parallel switches for secondary power. 2 dedicated 24V batteries for Port, 2 dedicated 24V batteries for Starboard, 2 dedicated for house 12V, 1 Dedicated for generator. New Fusion stereo head units with remote and integration with Garmin GXM53 for satellite radio and satellite weather. Teaser reels completely redone 2019 with powder coating green. - The cabin can accommodate up to four guests with a forward double berth and a dinette that can convert into another bed. In addition, to the port and starboard of the air-conditioned helm are lounge chairs that make two more single bunks for up to six guests.
