2005 38' Out Island Express was totally gone thru and refitted in 2014-2015 at Jersey Cape boat works. She was repowered in 2015 with a pair of 500hp Cummins engines that will give you a cruise of 27 knots and can reach top speed of 33 knots. She offers a large cockpit with 2 in-deck fish boxes as well as a transom livewell. 
 
Forward in the cockpit is a great centerline tackle station.  Her helm deck offer plenty of seating for the whole crew not to mention great visibility for her captain.  

Going down 4 steps into her salon  / cabin space there you will find a enclosed head aft to port and her galley just forward. To Starboard is the dinette w/ high-low table which converts to a double bunk.  Forward there is a v-bunk with plenty of storage above and below for all of your extra gear.  The interior has been trimmed and finished with beautiful light maple wood.
 
Looking for an express that is absolutely ready to start making memories for you and your crew.... this one needs to be on your must see list. 

Walkthrough

Looking at the 38 Out Island express from the dock you can see what makes this express the one to have.  Not only does she offer a well appointed cockpit complete with indeck fish boxes and live well but a raised helm deck for great visibility both fore and aft. Stepping up on the the bridge deck you will find a centerline helm console station and two bench style seats, one to port and one starboard, w/ removable back rest and great storage underneath. The engine room access hatch is located just forward of the helm console as well as the entire bridge deck can be lifted for full access to the engine room space. 
 
Going forward down 4 steps into her main cabin space you see the dinette settee and custom maple table to starboard, her galley is to port with the private enclosed head just aft of the galley.  Just forward of the galley there you will find the queen berth along with ample storage cabinets and drawers throughout the space. The entire cabin area is trimmed with a light maple wood and light wall coverings.  This is one well taken care of express that is hard not to fall in love with.
