Overview

BROKER'S COMMENTS
I have been involved with Pegasus from the initial order; she was shipped to Australia and then commissioned by the Oyster team in Pittwater, just North of Sydney. This yacht has been professionally maintained to the highest standard, while the owner and his family have sailed her around Pittwater and the Sydney area and as far North as the Whitsundays.

Pegasus
presents as new, with very low main engine and generator hours and would be a wonderful opportunity for a new Oyster buyer to take delivery of an immaculate Oyster 545 that is fully equipped and ready to sail away now.

Michael Bell - Oyster Yachts Australia

OWNER'S COMMENTS
We commissioned Pegasus as a fully equipped new Oyster 545, to be able to do some ocean cruising in safety and comfort, with GBP 220,000 of extras over and above the standard Oyster specification. These extras include generator, air-conditioning, watermaker, washer/dryer, cockpit fridge, davits, satellite communications package, built in Apple computer, TV, additional Raymarine plotter at pedestal and numerous other extras. Pegasus was shipped to Sydney after construction in the UK, and was fully imported and is fully Australian tax paid. Pegasus has been a wonderful family boat performing well in all conditions. We are reluctantly selling her as we have now decided to upgrade to a larger new Oyster 595. We will take delivery in the UK and then sail in the Mediterranean, across the Atlantic and the Pacific and eventually back to Sydney. Pegasus has been a wonderful yacht and our time sailing on her has given us the confidence to purchase another larger Oyster and pursue our dream, she has been professionally maintained and presents as new.
