Overview

New to the market, the “MACABUCA” is by far the best equipped and best maintained Pacific Mariner 65 currently available! She is truly the definition of a “turn-key” yacht, that is ready to leave the dock and go cruising on a moment’s notice!

In 2014 when the current owners were searching for the best PM65 available, a one owner boat, the “UNREACHABLE”, stood out as being far nicer than any of the competition! After their purchase, the owners proceeded (at great expense) to make “MACABUCA” even more perfect, with long term ownership and long range cruising plans in mind. “MACABUCA” now has a new, and very expensive, Garmin electronics upgrade, a new A/C Chiller, V-Kool UV window treatment, new bridge and cockpit enclosures, new Gel Cell batteries, new multi-color/multi-function underwater lights, very recent full W-4 service on the main engines, and much more!

The “MACABUCA” should be on the short list for anyone looking for cruising boat that is easily handled by a couple, but with separate accommodations for crew if need be. She is also one of the best running hull designs ever penned by William Garden. The exterior and interior were designed by Greg Marshall, who has many Mega Yachts to his credit. The PM 65 design was created to give the Yachtsman an affordable, reliable, low-operating cost yacht that would be versatile enough to operate efficiently at displacement speeds for long distance cruising or at 20 knots for long weekend cruising.

Please review the detailed “full listing” specifications and photos for the complete story, and then call us to discuss this beautiful PM65, or arrange to see her!

Accommodations

MACABUCA features three owner and guest stateroom, each with ensuite baths. The crew quarters are aft with a queen berth and head.

Vessel Walkthrough

Boarding the vessel from the aft deck you enter the salon from stainless steel framed sliding glass doors.

The salon of MACABUCA is both comfortable and elegant with beautiful (satin finished Cherry) interior wood work throughout. To port is an L-shaped sofa with drawers below, and is complimented with a custom high-gloss electric base coffee/dining table. To starboard are two occasional chairs and forward is the built-in entertainment center with wet bar.

Going up four steps to the pilothouse level is the extremely spacious galley to port and a staircase leading up to the flybridge. To starboard is a custom buffet cabinetry for dish and serving ware storage.

Forward of the galley is the comfortable forward facing L-shaped dining settee along with complete pilothouse lower helm station. There are port and starboard sliding doors for quick access to the walk-around side decks and two full size Stidd helm chairs.

Forward to starboard is a wide semi-spiral staircase to the owner and guest accommodations. At the base of the steps is the combination day head/guest head. Moving forward in the forepeak is the VIP stateroom featuring a centerline queen bed and ensuite bath to starboard.

Moving back aft to port is the twin berth guest stateroom with private entrance to head.

All the way aft is the master stateroom with centerline king bed, ensuite bath, two large hanging lockers, a wall of drawers to port, and desk/storage area to starboard.

Aft Deck

The 65’ Pacific Mariner has the most versatile and usable aft deck of any yacht in her size range. Through the port aft gate you easily step on to the large fiberglass swim platform with safety hoop railing and spacious lazarette storage.
